Today you do not need to conquer your fear.
You do not need to become fearless,
Because fear was never your enemy.
Fear was a messenger that stayed too long.
And somewhere along the way you stopped noticing.
You began calling fear your personality.
Your caution.
Your realism,
Your overthinking,
Your need for certainty.
But maybe what if that constant pressure in your chest that exhaustion,
That inability to fully rest.
Was never who you are.
Maybe fear has simply been occupying sacred space.
And today,
We begin giving you a song.
Back is room.
Because fear does something strange.
It shrinks life.
It makes tomorrow feel dangerous.
It convinces you.
Wait.
Prepare.
Control.
Stay smaller.
And years later.
.
.
The body survived.
By this all forgot how to live but hear this God never introduced himself through fear.
Scripture repeats one message again and again.
Not because humans are weak.
But because we forget.
Fear not.
Not because life is safe.
But because you are not alone.
Isaiah 41 verse 10 Fear not,
For I am with you.
Be not dismayed,
For I am your God.
I will strengthen you.
I will help you.
And today you are not fighting fear.
You are remembering yourself.
Take a slow breath.
And arrive.
Take a slow breath in.
Without any effort.
And let the breath leave you softly.
As if the body already knows how to return to peace.
Again,
Inhale receiving.
Exhale,
Let it know longer,
Slower.
There is nowhere else you need to be Nothing to become.
Nothing to prepare for.
Just notice.
You're here.
And your breath.
Has never stopped choosing life.
Fear often leaves ahead of us.
In conversations that have not happened.
In Andens.
That have not arrived.
In futures that do not yet exist.
Bad breath.
Always returns you to now.
To this body to this moment.
To the place where I got.
Already is.
Feel what is beneath you.
Did you?
The bed.
The ground.
Feel yourself supported.
Notice the gentle weight of your body.
You do not need to hold yourself upright now.
Allow yourself to be carried.
You do not need to earn rest.
You do not need to deserve peace.
You do not need to prove anything in this moment.
Simply soften.
And let yourself remember your health.
You have always been helped.
Bring your awareness gently to the space behind your forehead.
Notice there is nothing to solve right now.
Nothing to figure out.
Nothing to carry.
Allow the forehead to soften.
As if warm water is moving through it.
Let the tiny muscles around the eyes release.
Eyes becoming heavier.
Quieter.
Arrested.
Unclench the jaw.
Not foreseen.
Simply allowing.
Let the time fall naturally.
Nothing left to hold.
Soften the throat.
Vinaya.
As if life does not need to be carried there anymore.
Feel the shoulders.
Notice if they have been preparing.
Protecting,
Holding.
And gently.
Allow them to drop.
A little lower Then a little more.
Bring awareness into your chest.
No need to open it.
No need to change it.
Just notice.
You have been breathing this whole time.
Your heart has continued without your effort.
Place a hand there if it feels good.
Feel the warmth.
Feel the life beneath it Quickly ask.
Sweet fear.
What have you been trying so hard to protect?
No need to answer No need to search.
Just listen.
Sometimes the body speaks when the mind finally becomes still.
You are safe enough to solve it.
Imagine You stand before God.
No performance.
No pretending.
Only truth.
And in your hands.
You carry all your fears.
Fear of failure.
Fear of not being chosen Fear of being misunderstood.
Fear of not becoming who you hoped.
Fear of losing.
Fear of beginning.
Fear of ending.
Fear of being seen.
One by one.
Place them down.
Not because they disappear.
But because they were never used to carry alone.
Psalm 56 verse 3 when I'm afraid.
I put my trust in you.
Imagine warm white light.
Entering through the crown.
Gentle,
Not dramatic like morning.
It moves through the forehead.
Untie all knots.
Into the throats.
Releasing unsaid truths.
Into the heart.
Opening forgotten rooms into the solar plexus,
Your center of identity.
You will.
Your courage.
And silently repeat,
I release survival.
A welcome life.
I release control.
I welcome trust.
I release fear.
I welcome God.
Feel your body.
Becoming larger than fear.
Maybe few ones protected you.
Thank you.
By gently saying Your shift is over.
Now hear me out.
You're no longer responsible for guarding every possibility.
You are allowed to leave.
You are allowed to trust You are allowed to begin.
2nd Timothy chapter 1 verse 7 for God has not given us a spirit of fear.
Bath of power.
Wow.
And sound mind.
Gone.
Today I reach out what was never mine.
Live here.
A burden.
A constant preparing.
They believe that everything depends on me.
Me to trust.
Teach me peace.
Teach me how to walk with courage.
Not because nothing scares me.
But because you walk beside me.
What we are compressed.
Restore.
What if he has told?
Return.
What fear silenced awakened.
And if tomorrow I forget Remind me again.
Fear not.
We are not.
Fear not.
Breathe.
You're here.
And your soul is free.
