What if I told you that the thing your heart has been searching for may not be the thing you think you are missing.
What if the person the answer.
The healing.
The success,
The certainty,
The change you have been waiting for is only pointing towards something much deeper within you.
And what if that strange emptiness?
That restlessness.
You cannot always explain.
Is not evidence that something is wrong with you.
What if it is a message?
Maybe your heart is trying to lead you somewhere not toward another person not toward another achievement.
Not even toward another version of your life.
My bad.
To something you once knew before the world became so loud.
Think about how much of a human life is spent searching.
We search for someone who will understand us.
Someone who will stay.
Something that will finally make us feel safe.
We search for recognition.
For a purpose.
For healing.
For belonging.
For enough money to stop worrying for enough certainty to stop questioning for enough love to finally stop feeling alone And sometimes we receive exactly what we thought we needed.
Yet,
After some time,
The heart begins searching again.
Why?
Perhaps because of the deepest hunger of the heart.
Was never for more.
Perhaps it was for something permanent.
A love that circumstances cannot remove.
Happiest.
That does not disappear.
Every time life changes A sense of home.
That no person can abandon and no ending can take away.
In this moment,
Wherever and whenever this meditation finds you.
Nothing needs to be solved.
Nothing needs to be forced.
You don't need to become someone else.
You don't need to understand everything you're about to hear.
Simply let these words arrive.
Some may pass through you.
Some mistakes.
And perhaps one of them.
Will find the place inside you.
That has been waiting for it.
Now.
We gently welcome.
The presence of Archangel Jemuel.
Traditionally associated with love.
Peace.
Compassion.
Reconciliation.
And the search for what has been lost.
Not as their source of love.
The source remains God.
But as a messenger.
Quietly turning heart back toward the One.
From whom all love begins And perhaps that is why you're here.
Maybe you have lost something.
Maybe someone.
Maybe certainty.
Maybe trust.
Maybe the person you used to be.
Maybe you cannot even name what feels missing.
You simply know.
Something within you has been looking.
But what if the greatest things we lose?
I really objects.
Sometimes we lose hope.
We will lose wonder.
Will lose trust we lose our ability to believe.
That something beautiful can still happen.
Sometimes we become so busy surviving that we lose contact.
We the quiet part of ourselves that once knew how to live And perhaps today you're not here to find something new Perhaps you are here to remember what was never truly gone.
There is something extraordinary.
About learning.
We usually treat it as a problem.
Something to eliminate.
Something to distract ourselves from.
Something to feel.
But perhaps learning has another purpose.
Perhaps learning is one of the ways.
This song speaks He tells us this is not enough.
Not because life is bad.
Not because you are ungrateful.
But because something within you recognizes the difference.
Between what is temporary and what is eternal.
You may have spent years believing peace would come later.
When the relationship becomes secure.
When the money arrives.
Want their body healed.
When the family changed.
When the answer came.
When someone finally apologized.
When life finally looked the way you thought it should And so peace was postponed.
Again.
And again.
But peace does not live in tomorrow.
Peace can only ever meet you here.
There is a verse that says,
Seek and you will find.
And perhaps we have misunderstood seeking.
We think it means try harder.
Control more.
Search further.
Become better.
But what if true seeking is not frantic?
What if seeking sometimes means becoming quiet enough to recognize?
What has already been trying to reach you.
There are seasons.
When we believe we are searching for God.
But perhaps God has never been hidden.
Perhaps we have simply become too overwhelmed,
Too frightened,
Too exhausted to notice how close he has remained.
You may not have felt him during certain chapters of your life.
Perhaps heaven seemed silent.
Perhaps prayers appeared unanswered.
Perhaps you wondered.
Where God had gone.
But silence is not always absence.
Some of the most important things in creation.
Happen without noise.
Roots grow in darkness.
The heart beats without instruction.
The dawn appears without announcing itself.
And perhaps some of God's deepest work in your life.
Has been happening where your eyes could not yet see.
If your heart is tired.
Let that be enough.
If you have been disappointed.
Let that be enough.
If you have lost faith in something.
Or someone.
Or even yourself.
You don't need to defend it.
God already knows what brought you here.
And perhaps before you found this meditation something within you.
Was already late to our date.
Our nervous system is designed to remember.
Especially what hurts us.
After disappointment.
The brain becomes more alert.
It begins predicting.
Scan it.
Watching,
Listening,
Trying to make sure This same pain never surprises us again.
It watches faces.
It hears changes in tone.
It notices distance.
Violence Absence.
Certainty.
This is not weakness,
It is protection.
Your mind has been trying to keep you safe.
But sometimes protection becomes exhausting.
Sometimes the heart spends so much energy trying to prevent pain that it forgets how to receive peace.
And this may explain why even beautiful things can feel frightening after enough hurt.
Love arrives and part of us questioning it Peace arrives and we wait for something to go wrong.
Someone is kind.
And we wonder what they want.
Life becomes quiet.
And instead of resting,
We begin scanning the silence.
The body remembers but the body can also learn something new.
It can learn that this moment is not yesterday.
That not every silence means abandonment.
Let not every ending die is distraction.
That not every unknown contains danger.
And perhaps God is not asking you today to erase anything that happened.
There is no need to deny your past.
No need to pretend.
The pain was beautiful.
No need to make excuses For what wounded you?
But pain can become part of your story without being an author.
Loss can visit your life.
Without defining your future Fear can speak.
Without giving the final word.
Perhaps this is where Archangel Chamuel's message becomes meaningful.
What has been lost may not always return in the same form.
But love itself is never limited to one form.
A relationship may end and love still exists.
A chapter may close and purpose still exists Something you prayed for.
May not happen.
And God still exists.
The mind often says If I lost this,
I lost everything.
But this all knows better.
This all knows that life continues creating.
That God continues moving.
That what looks empty today we still contain.
The beginning of something you could not yet imagine.
From the very first moment we enter this world we reach.
A child reaches for the arms that hold them.
Later we reach for belonging.
For identity.
For approval.
For purpose.
For love.
There is nothing wrong with reaching.
We were created for connection.
But suffering begins when we ask something temporary to carry the weight of something eternal.
No person can permanently regulate the entire landscape of your soul.
No amount of success can answer every question about your worth.
No achievement can guarantee peace.
No relationship can promise that life will never change.
This does not make relationship meaningless.
It makes them sacred.
Because we can finally love people without asking them to become God.
We can laugh without demanding completion.
We can receive without worshipping the source of the gift.
We can appreciate without believing.
Our entire existence depends upon whether something stays.
Perhaps one of the greatest freedoms our heart can discover is this.
What lives our life.
Does not take God with it.
Someone can walk away and God remains.
A plan can collapse and God remains.
A dream can change.
And God remains.
A season can end and the source of your life.
Remains.
And when you begin to understand this Love becomes less frightening.
Because love is no longer something you must imprison to keep.
You can let life breathe.
You can let people be human.
You can let yourself be human.
There is a big freedom in no longer demanding permanence from things that were always meant to change.
Perhaps there are moments when you felt completely alone.
Moments when You could not sense God.
Moments when you questioned everything Maybe you prayed and nothing seemed to move.
Maybe you waited.
And nothing seemed to arise yet look at you You are still here.
Those four words contain more meaning than the first appear to.
You are still here.
After the disappointment.
After the fear.
After the heartbreak.
After the nights when your own thoughts felt heavier than the world outside you.
Something within you continued.
Not perfectly.
Not without fear.
But it continued.
Your breath kept arriving.
Morning kept returning.
Life kept offering another moment.
Another possibility.
Another beginning Perhaps that quiet continuation was itself a kind of grace.
Every breath.
Was never a guarantee.
That life would be easy.
But every breath was evidence that your story was still being written.
The mind may have sat is over.
Yet live whispers Your heart may have said.
I cannot do this.
Yet somehow.
You are right here.
Perhaps God was not absent during those difficult chapters.
Perhaps God was scaring you in ways that did not look the way you expected.
Being carried to look.
Sometimes grace does not remove the storm.
Sometimes grace is the strength that appears inside you while the storm is still there.
Sometimes the miracle is not that nothing broke.
Sometimes the miracle is that something deeper remained unbroken.
A place within you that disappointment never completely reached.
Death bark.
Fear a good cover but never extinguish.
A sacred part that continues knowing even when your conscious mind forgot.
That you belong to something greater There is something that human mind struggles to understand.
About God's love.
It cannot be negotiated,
Because it was never based on performance.
You are not loved because you were perfect.
You were not loved because you always believed correctly.
You were not loved because you never became angry or afraid.
Are confused.
You are loved because love is the nature of God.
We are accustomed to conditional things Work harder and receive more.
Perform and be rewarded.
Fail and lose.
And sometimes without realizing it we bring the same system into our relationship with God.
We imagine that perhaps we need to become a little more worthy.
A little more spiritual A little less complex and complicated and then God will become closer.
But what if?
God has never moved.
What if the distance was never his?
The sun does not disappear because cloud crosses the sky For a moment you may not see it.
But the light remains.
Perhaps God's presence has been something like that.
Hidden sometimes.
Felt sometimes.
Questioned many times.
But present through all of it.
There is a verse that says Perfect love casts out fear It doesn't say fear must be humiliated.
It does not say fear must be defeated through force.
Love enters and fear loses some of its authority.
Perhaps healing is less about fighting.
Every frightened part of yourself and more about allowing.
Something greater to stand beside it Love beside fear.
Faith resides in certainty Grace beside regret God,
Beside everything you thought you had to carry alone,
And slowly the heart realizes It does not have to fight itself anymore.
And now perhaps we can return to the question with which we begin.
What if the thing your heart has been searching for is not the thing.
You thought you were missing.
What if beneath the desire for another person?
Also the desire to feel deeply loved.
Beneath this search for success Was the desire to know you matter?
Many is the need for certainty.
Was there longing to finally feel safe?
Beneath the endless questions.
What's the desire to know?
You are not walking through life alone.
And worry of all of those roads.
Who are quietly pointing toward the same place Toward God.
Toward love.
Toward a sacred awareness that your existence was never accidental.
Perhaps you have spent years looking for evidence.
That you are worthy.
But what if your life itself?
Is already evidence.
You are here.
You are given breath.
You are giving consciousness.
You are given the ability to love.
To imagine.
To create.
To begin again.
You do not need another person's approval to confirm.
What God already knew before you ever entered this world.
Let you matter not because you achieved enough.
Not because everybody understood you not because every choice was perfect.
But because he belonged to him.
Perhaps this is the deeper meaning of finding what was lost.
Maybe what needed to be found.
Was not somewhere outside you.
Maybe it was the memory.
Of who you are.
Before fear began telling you who you are not.
And perhaps if Archangel Chamuel.
.
.
Could leave one message.
Within your heart today.
It would not be search harder.
It might be.
Look again.
Look again at your life.
Not only at what disappeared.
But Edward remained.
Look again at your heart Not only Edward,
Bro.
But at how much love it is still capable of carrying Look again at your story.
Not only through the eyes of the person you were when the pain happened.
But through the eyes of the person you are becoming now Perhaps something that once looked like rejection was redirection.
Perhaps something that felt like an ending was creating space.
Perhaps something you were certain you needed would have kept you from something deeper.
We cannot know all the reasons Life unfolds as it does And perhaps we do not need to.
There are mysteries the mind may never solve.
Faith does not require having every answer.
Faith asks something quieter.
Can you remain open?
Even without knowing.
Can you believe that one closed door?
Does not mean there are no more doors Can you believe that one person who could not love you properly does not mean love itself has rejected you?
Can you believe that one painful chapter does not know how the entire story ends?
Perhaps this is where peace begins.
Not in knowing exactly what is coming.
But in realizing you do not have to know in order to be helped.
There is another way to see your life.
Not as a collection of things that went wrong,
But as a journey through which you slowly learned what fades and what remains.
He will change.
Circumstances change bodies change,
Dreams change,
Plans change Even the person you once believed yourself to be will change.
Yet beneath all of that,
Something sacred has remained.
Is alive.
God breathed into you.
Before a comparison taught you to measure yourself.
Before disappointment made you question love.
Before fear taught you to brace against tomorrow.
There was a quieter knowing.
A sense of that simply being alive.
Was enough reason to wonder.
Perhaps healing is not always becoming someone new.
Perhaps it is remembering.
Remembering who you were.
Remembering who you are.
Remembering whose you are.
Remembering that beneath every role,
There is success.
Every mistake.
Every heartbreak.
There is still a soul God knows completely.
And hopefully now your heart can finally stop searching for proof that it deserves love.
You do not need to earn your place in God's presence.
You do not need to become perfect before peace is permitted to enter.
And you do not need and you don't need to know exactly.
Where your life is taking you.
To trust.
That this moment is not the end of your story There may still be questions tomorrow.
There may still be uncertainty.
There may still be things you would change if you could.
But something within you can be different.
You no longer have to meet every uncertainty.
As though it is an enemy.
You no longer have to interpret every ending.
As abandonment.
You no longer have to believe that because something is missing.
You yourself are incomplete.
And may Archangel Chamuel,
Faithful messenger of God's love,
Remain near.
Whenever your heart grows weary.
Gently turning your attention away from fear.
And back toward love Back toward peace.
Back toward the one from whom all love flows May your mind become quieter May your body remember safety.
May your heart remain open without losing its wisdom.
May what is meant for you find you without force.
May what is no longer meant for you Leave.
Without taking your faith with it.
May you recognize that some answers will come through understanding.
And others will come through peace.
And them all.
May you remember.
That you were never as alone as you once believed.
Perhaps what your heart has been searching for was never another person to complete you.
Never another achievement to prove you.
Never another destination that could finally make you enough.
Perhaps your heart was searching for home.
And perhaps home was never somewhere you had to reach Perhaps home has always been the moment you remember.
That God is here.
Your help.
You are now.
Your love.
And for now nothing more is required.
Let the words slowly disappear.
Let the music carry whatever remains and may the peace of God stay with you long after this meditation ends.
Amen.
