Good morning.
I'm going to lead you just on a little mini brief heartfelt intention setting for the day.
Your morning sankalpa.
So just start off by getting comfortable wherever you are,
Either being still in bed,
Seated,
Or possibly lying down on your yoga mat.
Just getting into position where you feel supported and aligned with your body.
Starting off by taking a few cycles of breath at your own time and pace.
Picturing a fresh infusion of vibrant energy on the inhale and a rinsing and cleansing out of all the energetic debris from last night's sleep on the exhale.
And just take a few cycles and allowing your inhalations and exhalations to become deeper.
And with this settling down of your breath,
Allowing that groundedness just to help settle you down further into the current space where you're in for today and this morning,
Placing your hands on your heart.
If you could picture what would be the most beneficial healing color for yourself today at this point this morning,
Trusting the first thing that comes to your mind and just picturing that color radiating all throughout your heart space.
And feeling into your emotional and physical heart now,
What is your heartfelt intention for today,
Your personal Sankalpa?
As I play the Heart Chakra Rose Quartz Bowl,
Just feeling and listening to the beautiful healing sound waves and allow yourself to create your manifestations and your intentions for today.
Feeling the warm vibration of the palms of your hands fusing into your heart space.
And then now if you can imagine that beautiful healing color of light,
The one that you've chosen for yourself today,
And starting to trace an outline of your whole body in this beautiful light,
Starting with the top of your head,
All the way down the right side of your body,
Over your shoulder,
Down your right arm,
Curving in to the right side of the waist,
All the way down the right side of your leg,
To the ankle and the edge of the right foot,
And then crossing over,
Coming up the left side for the edge of the left foot,
All the way up the left side of the leg,
Hip,
Curving in to the left side of the waist,
Rolling all the way up and the shoulder,
And then flowing down through the left arm,
Tracing through all the fingers,
All the way back up the left side of your neck and head,
Until it comes to the very crown.
And again,
Just repeating this pattern of tracing your body in this beautiful healing light,
Which offers this beautiful protective safety cocoon for yourself as you venture out into your day.
Coming back to the heart now,
With your hands still placed there,
Pulsating that warming energy in.
If there's any part of your body,
Any emotional state or tone within your heart,
Or any mental conflicting thought that you feel needs extra healing today,
For you to be able to move out into your day with the most peace and calm,
And also just innate vibrant energy.
Picturing this beautiful light tending to that current issue for yourself.
You can connect with your version of a higher power to ask for extra protection and guidance and healing.
Coming back to your breath now,
And just noticing just the slow rhythmic pattern,
And how just in this brief moment of time,
You feel even just the slightest bit restored,
Renewed.
But most important,
Feeling intentional about how you want your day to unfold,
And just feeling nestled and warm in your cocoon of protective light.
As you go out into your day now,
Anytime you feel you start to wander off your path,
Or struggle in any way,
Just again put your hands on your heart.
Take a few cycles of breath,
And picture that beautiful light radiating from your heart,
And tracing the whole outline of your body.
