The birds,
The wind rustling the leaves.
So I invite you to take a breath,
Focusing on your inhale,
Pulling the breath down to your belly,
Feeling it rise and exhale out your mouth,
Sighing out any tension and any stress.
Again feeling the belly and releasing everything that doesn't serve you.
Today's affirmations are based on a dear friend of mine,
Zoya.
We met in the north of Thailand and I had such,
Such a wonderful experience getting to know this wonderful woman.
So take a moment and just get ready to receive.
You are so powerful.
You are so sure of yourself and you are so capable.
When you choose to do something you do it fully.
You don't try and do it the easy way.
You don't want to do it just to get by.
If you want to learn something you want to learn it to its core,
To become a master and that is something truly unique and powerful.
You're able to answer any question anyone has and you are constantly growing and bettering yourself.
You release what isn't for you.
You do this with so much love and you call in things that are even more aligned each and every day.
The amount of joy that you radiate just by being authentic to yourself is incredible.
I have never met someone as powerful as you.
You lived in the darkness for so long and for a while you never knew that there was a light at the end of the tunnel but you still kept going and the strength that that shows it's unparalleled.
You always knew that there was a better way for your life to be and every day you woke up you tried harder and harder until you were living a life that you'd always dreamed of.
Where you were truly free in every sense.
You're free financially,
You're free from your past,
You released the strings that kept you captive even though it was painful.
Like a phoenix you stepped into the fire and you allowed your old self to burn.
You called in and you stepped into your highest potential.
You stepped into your highest self even though sometimes the shoes felt too big and it felt really scary.
Other times you weren't sure what to do or where to go but you followed your intuition every day.
You are so worthy of the life that you want and of the life that you now have.
You're worthy because you strived for it,
Because you are so talented.
I wish you a life of absolute bliss,
A life of happiness,
Of peace.
You stepped into your feminine energy.
You are able to receive knowing that you are worthy now.
But you found balance with that and you stepped into your masculine as well.
You provide for yourself and for those around you.
You find balance every day,
You grow every day.
You live a life of abundance of happiness because you created it.
Because you were brave enough to take the chances that others shied away from.
You were courageous enough to step into the unknown,
Trusting that something higher than you had your back.
And it paid off and it always will.
You are so gifted.
Every time I speak to you I feel like you are doing something new and even more amazing.
You are getting opportunities left,
Right and center from the universe.
Because you are so aligned with your purpose.
Because you have released the aspects of yourself which held fear.
You learned all the lessons that you needed to,
To be the truest,
Most loving and authentic version of yourself.
I'm so proud of you.
But pride doesn't seem to cut it.
Because I feel like you have transformed and you,
You went from the person that people thought you would be.
And you left that behind to step into the person that you were meant to be.
That you were born to be.
The power,
The strength,
The courage and the love that is inside of you is limitless.
To watch someone transform before my eyes so quickly.
To see someone willing to step into the new self,
To release their past is magical.
You are creative.
You are loving.
You are talented and you are so wise.
You are so beautiful inside and out.
You shine within and you see people for who they truly are.
You have so much love to give and you spread it so generously.
Knowing that love is not something that is finite but instead infinite.
Just like your potential.
Absolutely infinite.
You dream big knowing that you can do it.
Knowing that everything in the universe is conspiring for your favor.
That the only thing limiting you is you.
And you got out of your own way a long time ago.
Instead trusting that you are worthy.
