In today's reflection training,
I want to return the favor and allow me to care for you.
Allow me to give you the reminder that you might need.
I want you to take a deep breath,
Deep into the belly and out through the mouth.
Now one more big inhale.
Release any tension or stale energy,
Allowing your breath to fall into a normal pattern now and just take my words in.
Listen to my voice and take my message to heart.
You are strong.
You're stronger than even you know.
You're stronger than you give yourself credit for.
Think about everything you've been through in your life.
The ups,
The downs,
The success,
The disappointments,
Failures,
The tragedies and the witness miracles.
The real miracle is that you're still here standing strong with many more miracles ahead.
You must give yourself credit.
There's no need to beat yourself up.
So many others will offer that service.
I need you to recognize and I need you to identify with this strength that lies within you.
It's always there.
Always at your beck and call.
Whether you know it or not,
Your strength serves you.
Your invulnerability.
It's embedded into your entire being.
The depths of your cell,
The depths of space and time.
Full of strength.
You can feel it from deep within.
It's the energy inside you,
Around you and through you.
From your cells to your consciousness.
An armor that protects you.
No one can strip you of that unless you allow them.
So don't hold on to it.
Keep it.
Put on your full armor not for battle but for protection and safety.
Your strength is not from what is outside you.
Your strength is what is inside you.
Sometimes you just need a reminder.
Now as we close this session,
Take a few moments more to celebrate you and we're gonna start slow.
So gradually as you can,
Wangle your fingers and your toes and then slowly increase the intensity of your moment.
Maybe you work your way off to some jazz hands,
Right?
Bring your awareness back to your body but I want you to notice how still the body is and how quiet the mind is.
You're in a place of comfort and of peace.
A place you created and a place to which you can always return.
Take a nice deep breath in.
Pull in the energy of the universe.
Breathe in strength.
Hold on to this.
Carry it throughout your day.
It's always with you.
Now slowly feel yourself beginning to rise to the surface of awareness.
Since the air as it touches the skin,
Set your body where it makes contact with the surface.
Become aware of the room and any sounds around you.
When you're ready,
Open your eyes.
