This guided meditation is designed to help you align with a new potential by bringing thought, visualization, and feeling into harmony. The intro gives you clear instructions for exactly what you’ll be doing and explains why affirmations alone are not enough to create real change. In this practice, you’ll learn how visualization helps prompt emotion, and how feeling the future in the body begins teaching the nervous system a new reality. After a short round of breathwork, you’ll move through three guided rounds focused on prosperity, love, and connection. In each round, you’ll speak an affirmation out loud, visualize it as already real, and feel that future in your body. Between rounds, you’ll return to stillness by focusing on the black behind your eyes and feeling the body from within, allowing each experience to settle more deeply. This meditation is for anyone ready to move beyond simply wishing for change and begin embodying a new reality from the inside out.
