Hello,
My friend.
Please take a moment to get comfortable.
This meditation can be done either seated or lying down.
Allow the body to settle.
Allow the breath to soften.
And gently close your eyes.
In this affirmation meditation,
You're doing more than repeating words.
For each round,
You will say an affirmation out loud three times.
Then you will visualize what that reality feels like.
Visualizing that reality as if it's already true.
So ask yourself,
What does this look like?
How do I move in this reality?
What am I?
And that visualization is important because it helps the body begin to feel the emotion connected to that future.
And that is the real practice.
You can say beautiful words all day long,
But if your body is still feeling fear,
Doubt,
Lack,
Loneliness,
Or stress,
The message does not fully land.
The body responds to emotion,
And the nervous system responds to feeling.
So after each affirmation,
You will visualize that reality clearly.
And then you will focus on feeling that future in your body that might feel like joy,
Or gratitude,
Maybe love,
Or peace,
Relief,
Openness,
Or trust.
There is no need to force a specific emotion.
What matters is that you allow yourself to feel the emotional reality of that future now.
So let the visualization prompt the feeling,
And feel the future in your body.
This is how thought and feeling begin to come into alignment.
This is how the future begins to be brought into the present.
This is how the body starts to learn a new reality.
And between each round,
You will let everything go.
You will unfold your awareness into nothing.
You will focus on the black behind your eyes,
And you will feel the body from within.
Now let's begin with a round of breath work.
Let's start by taking a nice,
Deep inhale in through the nose,
Filling up the belly,
Filling up the chest,
Holding the breath at the top.
Feel my friend and sigh.
Again,
One more deep inhale in through the nose,
Filling up the belly,
Filling up the chest,
Hold feel.
We will do 10 deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Back to back.
We will begin in three.
Deep inhale in,
And holding the breath.
And sigh the breath out nice and full.
Prosperity.
Repeat after me,
Either internally or out loud.
I now welcome prosperity into my life with trust and grounded confidence.

Now visualize.
What does this look like?
How do you move in this reality?
How does it feel in your body?
Begin creating those emotions with the aid of the visualization in your mind.
Use your imagination,
My friend,
And don't forget to feel.
Focus on the black behind your closed eyes.
Just come back to this darkness.
Just awareness.
Just the inner body.
Just the blackness behind the eyes.
Say either out loud or internally,
I am worthy of deep,
Healthy,
And mutual love.
I am worthy of deep,
Healthy,
And mutual love.
How does it feel to be worthy of deep,
Healthy?
What does that reality look like?
And what does it feel like?
Let the visualization prompt the feeling.
And unfold your awareness back into nothing.
Focus on the black behind your eyes.
Just awareness.
Just the inner body.
Just the blackness behind the eyes.
Round three.
Say out loud or internally,
I now attract connections that feel nourishing,
Honest,
And alive.
I now attract connections that feel nourishing,

How do you move in this new reality?
What does it feel like to attract connections that feel nourishing,
Honest,
And alive?
How does it feel?
Let the visualization prompt the feeling.
Then feel the future in your body.
Open your heart and simply feel.
Unfold your awareness back into nothing.
Focus on the blackness behind your eyes.
Just the inner body.
Just the blackness behind the eyes.
Now simply remain here for a moment,
Continuing to feel the body.
You have just practiced bringing thought and feeling into alignment.
You spoke the affirmation.
You visualized the reality,
And you allowed the body to feel the future now.
Let the visualization prompt the feeling.
Then feel the future in your body now.
That you are not forcing anything.
You are not chasing anything.
You are teaching the body what it feels like to receive.
To receive prosperity.
To receive love.
To receive honest,
Nourishing connection.
The more familiar that future becomes in the body,
The more naturally you begin to live in alignment with it.
Take one deep breath in through the nose and hold onto it for one moment and give gratitude to yourself for taking this time today.
Now sigh the breath out through the mouth.
And when you are ready,
Gently begin returning to the room.
Wiggle the fingers.
Wiggle the toes.
Take your time.
And slowly open your eyes.
