Ground and heal as you travel deep into the earth to receive a moment of tranquility. This restorative meditation will help you to disconnect from stress and return to a peaceful state. Sandra guides you to inner stillness and balance within.

Hello and welcome to this grounding meditation intended to provide you with the space to not only ground yourself to the earth but to also provide you with healing.

And so we are going to begin now.

Allow yourself to get into a comfortable position.

As you close your eyes place your hand on your heart.

As you tune in to this area you allow for the feeling of love for yourself to flow from your heart to every cell of your body.

Allow yourself to relax every muscle.

Bring your attention to any tension you might be experiencing.

As you lovingly let go,

Unwind,

Relax.

You find yourself now standing on a patch of grass with a beautiful open field in front of you.

The sun shines brightly upon your face as you feel the sun bringing nourishment and restoration to every cell in your skin as you breathe in and imagine nutrients.

Nourishment,

Love,

Protection,

Whatever it is that you need right now is being provided by this light.

There is power in your intention.

There is power within you.

We are taking this moment together to tune in to this power.

You now set the intention to disconnect your energy from anything that is not serving you to anything.

You now set the intention to disconnect your energy from anything that is not serving you,

Anything that is draining you or stressing you.

Allow any cords or attachments to dissolve now.

Your energy begins to return back to you as it filters in through the top of your head,

Cleansed in light,

Allowing this energy to be yours and only yours.

Anything that does not belong to you returns back to where it came from.

You now begin to take some steps on this grass as you notice that your feet are barefoot.

You see in the distance that there is a very large tree with protective and strong branches.

There is a door at the base of the tree.

I'm going to count from 10 to 1.

As you take the 10 steps towards this door,

You are going to get more and more relaxed,

More and more at ease.

With each step,

Each step,

With each number,

You let go.

You set free.

You unwind.

7,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

And 1.

Allow yourself to open this door as you are now in front of it.

You walk in as you notice yourself being surrounded by the tree as you are now inside of it.

You place your hand on the wooded structure.

As you feel the texture of the wood,

You notice yourself beginning to travel down,

Lower and lower as if you are in an elevator.

You travel through the soil,

Through the bedrock.

As you now find yourself inside of the earth,

Your feet are grounded.

You are grounded.

There is a bed that appears here.

As you lay on top of it,

You allow for the healing potential that is present within the earth to be received by you at this time.

You let go of any worries or heaviness that is on your shoulders as you do not need to carry this anymore.

You are safe.

You are protected.

There is a divine intelligence within you.

This divine intelligence connects with the wisdom,

The strength,

The healing of the earth as it creates a beautiful potion,

An energetic concoction for you to receive.

Now,

It is being filtered in as you breathe.

As it relaxes you,

As it calms you,

As it grounds you deeper and deeper,

Further and further,

You let go.

Allow yourself to sit in this space to receive healing.

If there is any particular area of your body that is bothering you at this time,

Allow yourself to receive extra love here,

Extra attention,

But not attention in the sense of attuning to the discomfort,

But rather imagining healing,

Cells regenerating,

Cells strengthening as you improve.

You improve your connection with the earth.

You also improve it with yourself and your body as your body is composed of the earth as well.

You tune into oneness and to purity.

You tune into your power.

Now,

You are safe.

You are grounded.

You now begin to get off of this table of this table.

As you walk back to this elevator,

You begin to travel up higher,

Back through the bedrock,

Through the soil.

Now,

As you return inside of this tree,

You open the door.

I'm going to count from 10 to 1 as you take the steps back.

10,

9,

8,

7,

6,

5,

4,

3,

2,

And 1.

You find yourself now back in your present body.

As you begin to wiggle your fingers and your toes,

You may want to stretch,

But remember that you can allow yourself to ground in the earth if it's possible to put your feet barefoot on a grass patch.

If you cannot do that,

Maybe placing your hands on a tree or connecting with an indoor plant.

Allow yourself to ground into your body as you allow for this to be the theme for today.

As you allow stillness to be a part of your daily life.
