This is your time.

Time for peace.

For tranquility.

A time for rest.

Allow yourself to imagine water washing over you,

Cleansing away whatever you may be carrying.

From your day that is discomforting to you.

This is your time for peace.

Time for rest.

As this water washes over your entire being,

You may place any concerns,

Any worries to be cleansed away by this now.

Bring your energy into your body,

Into the now.

As you allow yourself to sleep.

To rest.

To unweight whatever may be weighing on your shoulders.

Bring your attention and your awareness to the now.

To the pillow.

To the mattress that you are laying on.

Allow it to hold you as you let go,

As you release,

As you sleep.

This is the time for you.

Nothing else exists.

This is a moment for sleep,

For rest,

For love.

Allow the love within your heart to flourish into every cell of your body.

And though you may not feel this love in this moment,

Allow yourself to find something that you cherish about yourself.

As we infuse this sleep,

This night,

With love,

With healing energy,

You are safe,

You are loved.

You are healthy.

You are strong.

You are forgiven.

All is well.

You are safe.

You are protected.

This bed is holding you.

This pillow is supporting you.

Sheets are covering you.

All is well.

You are safe.

Notice your breath.

How deeply you may be breathing.

Allow the oxygen to flow into your body as it nourishes every cell,

Every essence of you.

Allow this oxygen that you are breathing to nourish every part of your body.

This is a time for you,

For rest,

For peace.

There's nothing that you need to do in this moment.

All is taken care of.

All is well in your world right now.

Bring yourself into the now,

Into this moment.

You may want to place your hand on your heart as you breathe,

As this love flourishes through all of the parts of you.

It is okay to feel whatever it is that you are feeling,

Whatever it is that you are thinking right now,

We are going to allow it to be,

To not resist it,

As it is what it is.

What it is.

Just observe.

Just allow and let go.

You are safe.

You are held and loved by the moment that you are in.

Allow the support from the bed to be received as love.

Allow the covers to be received as protection.

As anything around you can be whatever it is you intend it to be.

You are healthy.

All is well.

You are safe.

You are sleeping so well tonight.

So much at peace.

You are letting go and allowing your body to do what it needs to do.

Trusting that it is all taken care of,

That every piece within you knows what it needs to do to keep you alive,

To keep you healthy,

To keep you safe and whole.

As you lean into the trust of the ground below you,

Of the earth below you,

Below you,

Of the water within you,

Of your beating heart,

You are safe.

Rest.

Go to sleep.
