Everyone.
So,
That's guided meditation.
Is based around the spirit within.
And it's based on an experience I had with my my son.
And we.
.
.
We watched a movie called Spirit.
The Aeon is Joe and Geryl.
That sailed round the world on our own.
Youngest one to ever do it.
And there's a few things I'd like to cover.
And this meditation.
Around that film?
And also around about the connection between myself and Ben.
Let's get comfortable.
How I like to get comfortable or how I imagine myself getting comfortable as Have you ever woken up first thing in the morning?
Where it's definitely quiet.
The sun has just begun to rise.
Everything's still.
Very little movement.
I like to just lie there.
I do neither one of two things.
I dare.
Keeping the blind down.
And just being in the dark.
Has been in the dark,
Has it?
It's the greatest potential for any link to emerge.
Or the second thing I like to do is.
.
.
To open the bundle.
Open the blind.
And just gaze over at this amazing view I have from my bedroom window.
And to the greenery the hills.
And to nature,
And that allows me to connect.
So if we just take a moment.
Just chill.
Bring that vision to you,
That feeling.
What that would feel like in your body doing either one of those two things.
Is connecting with nature.
By looking at the window.
Wherever you are.
To submerge in.
Or lying in your bed in the dark.
Is stillness.
Just you and only you.
Stirring the bed.
Support.
And on the support.
Is our soul.
And the end site.
The light coming through,
The light inside you,
Is supportive.
The bad as support.
Nature.
Is supported.
All connected.
Alive AIM.
Whoever has the right to arise.
Welcome it.
Fuck a friend.
Helping you and supporting you on your journey.
Now I like to lie for anywhere between two hours to half an hour,
Sometimes just ten minutes.
We're not going to lie for two hours.
Although maybe.
A bit as for being me.
Maybe two hours of silence is where your wisdom is at.
Your greatest depth of wisdom.
But it's a very good idea.
The Film Spirits.
Or a strong median.
Is how it's very much a metaphor for life.
Those two scenes that are very strong in the film.
One is where it all began.
The young girl Jessie.
Jesse Wallace.
She encounters a storm.
And she straps herself in and anchors the boat.
And she rides out the storm.
She gets battered about,
Side to side.
She actually gets knocked out at one point.
She comes through it though.
A bit shaken up as she comes through.
And then just as she's coming to the last stage of her journey.
.
.
A second.
Storm appears.
And she's got two options here.
One is to give up and to come in,
Which is so close.
Totes.
To achieve in what you set out to achieve.
Or till.
.
.
Is to work with Mother Nature.
And to go through the storm.
And she chooses the latter.
And she comes through.
Much stronger at the other side.
She went into the great depths of the ocean.
The darkness.
Above or below.
And she emerged.
As a person of.
Greater wisdom.
She moved to the.
.
.
Some fears.
And she went with her instincts.
Her instincts were to go with Mother Nature,
Rather than to try to anchor in and hold tight,
Hold on,
For dear life.
Was the fool.
Isn't that a wonderful metaphor for going into the depths of ourself?
And how we can either choose to anchor and hold tight and hold on or just go with the flow.
Of course you're surrounded by whales and dolphins on this journey and it's.
.
.
Want to reflect on ourselves.
What do whales and dolphins represent for you,
I wonder?
FedMass.
A saint from spirit that.
.
.
Support it.
Dolphins bring a sense of lightness and joy.
Fun.
I remember Flutter.
I wonder how many of you remember Flipper?
It brings a smile to my face actually,
Just right at the minute.
And the other aspect of watching this film was the connection with Bette.
Spent time with them.
And as we started,
I sat on one couch and t-sat on another couch.
And as we connected and worked through the film.
He got up,
Came over and.
.
.
Sat beside me.
A cuddle then.
The movie was moving me to tears.
And Ben reacted to this by coming over.
And kugel dann.
He was bringing the feminine to the masculine.
The both of us together.
Building a generational bond.
They never existed.
And the male line of our family before.
We are supporting each other and helping each other.
Go to a greater depth within us.
As we watch this young girl battle the greater depths of nature.
And the generation in our family was.
The males were never encouraged.
To go to the deeper parts of themselves.
This happened between my dad and me.
And my dad and his dad.
My dad,
That is best.
I could feel it at times.
I could see it at times.
We never quite got there though,
When he was here physically.
We are Nodal.
Our bond has got stronger and stronger and stronger.
Through the spread of pain,
My son.
Has The spirit lives on in my son.
Physically they never met in this world.
And yet I wonder.
.
.
Let my dad come back.
As a wiser soul.
To finish.
Or we start it.
We never forget,
Do we?
We always remember if we're willing to go to the depths of ourselves.
To win.
Is for the lovers.
The love is better than this.
So why do we avoid it?
Fear of it happening again.
That's when the control aspect starts.
We control ourselves and then we start to control others.
And this has been happening for generations.
Upon generations.
My invitation is to write those emotional waves.
Rather than attempting to anchor in and being strong.
The anchor keeps us from moving forward.
It freezes time.
Nothing changes.
Nothing is created.
Nothing is moving.
We are energetic beings.
We need to keep on moving.
Otherwise.
The water lotus.
Sinker Ships.
To quote a famous poem.
I am the captain of my ship.
I am the master of my soul.
God bless you and your family.
Till we speak again friends.
