Hello and welcome to this meditation.
The aim of this practice is to open up to the idea of reconnecting to the source of life.
Opening to faith and trust.
Depending into the self with clear intention and the will to absorb this life energy.
The divine energy that flows through the universe.
You will be taking in all the good and filling yourself up with positive healing energy.
This form of meditation is simple and easy to practice.
It is based on the observation of the body.
With the firm intention to connect to the source of life.
Opening oneself to the possibility that this energy can heal.
That it can take you to a state of calmness and relaxation where everything is possible.
Where miracles happen.
I'm going to ask you to sit on a chair with your feet on the floor not touching each other.
This will help grounding.
Place your hands on your legs with the palms facing up and keep your back straight preferably not leaning against anything.
This position helps aligning with the energy and keeps your body in tune with awareness.
Now take a deep calm breath in and breathe out.
Repeat this a couple more times and observe how your body and mind start to naturally relax.
Entering into an inner space where the outside world begins to vanish.
Where the body finds its natural state of relaxation and the mind drops in the sense of oneness with the owl.
Keep your breathing,
Let it happen naturally.
Allow it to be free.
Just like that.
At your own pace.
Continue to focus on your body.
Letting go all thoughts.
Remaining to observe in the body.
If thoughts come just let them pass.
Let them go.
Continue engaging your attention on your body.
Letting go.
That's it.
Keep coming back,
Observing your body with the will to absorb the life energy,
With the intention to take in,
To fill yourself up.
If any negative thought arises just say no and with a relaxed firmness just say no and give it away.
Keep coming back to observe in your body.
Let yourself be guided by the rhythm of your breath.
Taking in the good.
Taking in this energetic nourishment.
Listen all the sensations in your body.
Let go of thoughts.
Let them pass.
Coming back to observing your body.
Reaching your attention on the inside.
Opening oneself to the possibility that the light force can heal.
Opening to faith and trust.
Deepening the faith and trust on the universe.
Connecting to the vine of light force.
Reconnecting to the primal source.
