And welcome to this brief prayer of gratitude,

When we think we are activating one of the most powerful and comforting emotions that exist.

When we feel our heart with gratitude,

We are able to transmute every negative thing into positive.

When we are grateful for what we have,

For all those things that we take for granted,

We are raising our energy to the highest frequency,

To the frequency of love.

The act of prayer is nothing more than a way to direct our focus to what we want.

Those attracting all the good into our lives,

Filling our heart and mind with the emotion of recognizing and thanking for all the blessings.

You can practice this prayer as often as you want,

Learn the phrases and repeat them when you feel it.

Do it aloud and with full confidence.

You have to feel each and every one of the words from the heart,

Pronounce them from your very center and feel their vibration.

It is an infinite mantra of gratitude and devotion.

So close your eyes,

Take a deep breath and follow my voice.

Thanks to the universe for giving me time and space to exist.

Thanks to my parents for bringing me to this physical world as a result of their love.

Thanks to this body for being the vessel of my soul in this corporeal experience.

Thank you Mother Earth for giving me sustenance and shelter.

Thank you Father Sun for illuminating with your light and your warmth every corner of this earth.

Thanks to my brothers and sisters for being a mirror and reflection in my path of growth and evolution.

Thanks to the divine,

Infinite and perfect source of unity that fills everything.
