Hello and welcome to this tantric breath work practice called Bellows Breath.
This is where we are moving this sexual energy,
This sexual tension from your pelvis all the way up through your spine out through the crown of your head and we do this by taking in 40 fast breaths in and out through your nose.
Now I want you to just take a comfortable position,
Getting comfortable and just allow your body to breathe.
Inhaling through your nose,
Exhaling through your mouth.
And most of the time we have a lot of stuck sexual energy,
Certainly within our pelvic region and we want to move this out.
It just allows you to be freer,
To be calmer and just allows you to have a really really good sexual experience.
Keep breathing,
Breathing in,
Breathing out,
Just getting comfortable,
Maybe moving your shoulders,
Your pelvis.
Now as you are getting comfortable I'm just going to explain how to do it.
So bellows breath is the force of the breath flowing in and out through your nose and it sounds a little bit like this.
So we're going to be doing this.
Now I don't want you if you're pregnant to do this,
I just want you to breathe normally.
Also if you have high blood pressure just breathe normally and maybe not doing this practice.
If you feel at all dizzy or you feel different sensations that you're not sure about then come back out of this breath.
Okay,
When you're ready,
On your next inhale,
Go.
Big deep breath in,
Hold at the top.
Exhale out slowly.
Notice how you feel.
Just taking in two calming breaths,
Big deep breath in,
Noticing how you feel.
Exhaling out.
And just breathing normally.
Now I want you to put your hand onto your pelvis and one hand onto your chest and we're going to go around again.
We're going to do another round of breath work,
Just seeing how you feel after this one.
When you're ready,
On your next inhale.
Breathe in.
Hold.
Breathe out.
And just taking some time to really notice the flow of your sexual energy flowing up and out.
Now you can keep going with this breath work practice or you can drop it down to maybe 30 breaths or maybe 20 breaths.
Noticing how you feel in your body.
You can always come to back to this bellows breath.
Enjoy the rest of your day.
Namaste.
