Welcome beautiful soul.
My name is Regina and I will guide you through to today's gratitude meditation.
But before we begin the meditation.
.
.
I brought you a little story for you.
Let me share it.
There was once a woman who constantly complained that nothing in her life was enough.
With enough money.
Not enough love.
Not enough recognition.
One day an older gardener said to her,
I water my plants every morning.
Not because they asked me to.
But because I know what happens if I forget.
The woman asked.
What happens?
They don't die immediately,
He replied.
They just slowly lose that color.
Gratitude is the water of the soul.
Life doesn't collapse without it.
It just slowly loses its colors.
When gratitude becomes a daily habit,
We step out of autopilot,
We begin to truly see.
And then we see.
.
.
We fall in love with life again.
Not because it is perfect.
But because it is online.
So today we will water our soil.
So now find a comfortable.
.
.
Seat or lying position.
Important that your spine is straight so the energies can move.
But make sure you are relaxed.
And when you are ready,
Gently close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in through your nose out.
And slowly exhale through your mouth.
And let your body and your mind arrive in this present moment.
Deep inhale.
And exhale.
Just allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.
Feel that you are breathing right now.
Life is happening within you,
Effortlessly.
Bring your awareness to your heart center.
If it feels good,
Place your hand on your chest.
Feel the quiet pulse of life within you.
Now think of the small gift,
Not the big achievements,
Not the traumatic moments.
For the simple things.
Like that your heart is beating.
That your lungs expand.
That you woke up this morning.
Let gratitude begin with something small.
Maybe warm water.
A conversation.
The beautiful blue sky above our head.
Your body that carried you through the day to pause for a moment.
And feel these little things.
Now repeat it silently within,
I am grateful for the gift of life.
Life flows easily through me.
Challenges always teach me.
I choose to notice what is working.
I allow gratitude to reshape my thinking.
My life is valuable exactly as it is.
Life itself supports me.
Every day.
In every way.
Take a deep breath in slowly.
And let it down.
Now think of a current difficulty,
Just gently hold it in your awareness.
And say within,
Even here,
There is something teaching me.
You do not need to force positivity.
Just allow openness.
Gratitude is not a denial,
It is expansion.
Now imagine your heart as a warm golden light.
And with every inhale it grows stronger.
And with every exhale it spreads through your body.
Into your shoulders.
Your head.
Your belly,
Your hands.
Your legs and your feet.
Your whole body is filled with this beautiful,
Warm,
Golden light.
What is the representation of this quiet appreciation and gratitude?
Feel how it relaxes your jaw.
Calms your belly.
Suits your mind.
Now silently affirm after me.
I trust the unfolding of my life.
I am learning.
I am growing.
I am blessed in more ways than I can see right now.
I welcome this day with an open heart.
Take 3 slow breaths.
And feel life within these breaths.
Take a final breath in.
And exhale.
And before you open your eyes,
Set this intention for yourself.
Today,
I will notice at least three things I am grateful for.
You can write these things down.
Or make a gratitude journal if you wish,
Or just note it in your head.
And with that said,
You can start moving your fingers and toes.
And gently come back to your body.
Take a deep breath in.
With your exhale,
You can gently and slowly open your eyes.
Carry the colors of life with you.
Gratitude is a daily practice.
If you'd like,
You can write down three things,
As I mentioned before,
Each evening that you're grateful for.
Just a small step every day brings you closer to the person you want to become.
Stay awake to the quiet wisdom within you,
And until we meet again,
Trust that you are exactly where you need to be.
From my heart to yours.
I wish you a wonderful day.
