Welcome to this guided meditation to help you find peace and calm during times of chaos.

Begin by finding a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling your lungs with fresh air.

As you exhale slowly out through the mouth,

Release any tension or worries you may be carrying with you.

Allow yourself to fully arrive in this present moment,

Right here,

Right now.

You have nowhere else to be,

Nothing to do,

It's okay to take a break.

Continue to take a few deep breaths at your own pace,

Inhaling in through the nose and exhaling out through your mouth.

Now bring your attention to your body.

Notice the sensation of the ground beneath you,

Supporting you.

Feel the weight of your body as it rests.

Let go of any tension you may be holding in your muscles,

Allowing them to relax and soften.

With each inhale you are creating space for healing at a cellular level.

And with each exhale,

Continue to release any tension,

Any thoughts,

Allowing your body to relax and soften.

Now finding your own natural breathing pattern,

Continue to breathe at your own pace and observe the natural rhythm of your inhalations and your exhalations.

As you breathe in,

Imagine you are inhaling calmness,

Clarity and stability.

And as you exhale,

Release any chaos,

Stress and tension that you may be experiencing.

Allow your breath to be a bridge between your inner world and the outer world,

Connecting you to a place of stillness and peace.

Now visualize a serene garden,
