Welcome to this guided meditation for finding your voice in life.

Let's begin by finding a comfortable position,

Whether you're sitting or lying down.

Just take a moment here to make yourself more comfortable,

Perhaps rolling back the shoulders.

Close your eyes gently and take a deep breath in through the nose and exhale slowly through the mouth.

Again,

Take a deep breath in through the nose and a long,

Slow exhale through the mouth.

As we take one more inhale deeply through the nose,

Allow with the exhale a deep sigh out through the mouth.

Then just return to normal breathing and take a few more breaths at your own pace.

As you continue to breathe,

Bring your awareness to the present moment,

Feel the sensation of the breath entering and leaving your body.

Allow it to ground you in this moment,

Here and now.

And start to imagine a warm golden light surrounding you.

This light represents the potential and power within you to find and express your authentic voice.

As you continue to breathe,

Visualize this light growing brighter and more vibrant with each inhale.

With each exhale,

Release any tension,

Doubts or fears you may be holding onto.

Now let's explore the concept of voice beyond just the physical aspect of speaking.

Your voice is your unique way of expressing yourself,

Your desires,

Your boundaries and your dreams.

It is how you communicate with the world.

Take a moment to reflect on situations in your life where you may have felt hesitant or unable to fully express yourself.

Without any judgment,

Just acknowledge these moments.

Now envision those situations again,

But this time see yourself standing tall,

Confident,

Resplendent and speaking from the heart.

Feel the words flowing effortlessly like a gentle stream.

Now let's set an intention,

Silently repeat these words.

I am worthy of expressing my authentic self.

I embrace my unique voice with confidence and compassion.

I am worthy of expressing my authentic self.

I am worthy of expressing my authentic self.

I embrace my unique voice with confidence and compassion.

Feel the truth of these words resonating within you.

As we continue,

Bring your attention to your heart centre.

There is a beautiful flower bud at the centre of your chest.

With each breath,

Feel the bud gently opening petal by petal,

Revealing the radiant light within.

As this light expands,

Feel it filling every cell of your being,

Infusing you with a sense of empowerment and self-assurance.

Now bring to mind a situation in your life where you'd like to express yourself more clearly.

See it vividly in your mind's eye and imagine yourself approaching this situation with grace and authenticity.

Feel the words forming in your throat,

Rising up and flowing out into the world.

Trust that your voice is important and valuable.

Take a moment to experience the sensation of expressing yourself fully.

Notice how it feels in your body,

In your heart and in your soul.

As we near the end of this meditation,

Remember that this newfound sense of voice is always within you.

You carry it with you,

A source of strength and authenticity.

When you're ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the room and softly start to wiggle your fingers and toes and slowly open your eyes and just take a moment here to reorient yourself.
