Find a comfortable position either seated or laying on your back.
Take a moment to settle in.
Invite all the small and big movements your body is asking for in this moment and then find stillness.
Gently close your eyes.
Notice all the sounds surrounding you and just let them flow through you.
Your whole body starts to relax.
You arrive in the present moment.
There is nothing else to do.
Nowhere else to be right now.
Ask yourself gently and lovingly what do I want to invite more of into my life?
And with that start to set your intention your Sankalpa.
I invite you to use I am,
Love and compassion for this practice.
If you find your own Sankalpa make it positive,
Short and in present tense.
Repeat your Sankalpa three times in your mind with each exhalation and then give thanks and let it go.
Picture yourself on the grass under a beautiful tree.
The abundant nature is all around you.
Plants flourishing,
Gently swaying in a soft,
Soft breeze.
You feel the gentle touch of air on your skin.
You feel the soft grass below you.
Noticing all the parts of your body touching the ground.
Your entire body gets very heavy,
Sinking deep into the ground.
Picture the trees roots in the ground below you.
Follow their course extending,
Creating a beautiful net cradling the earth.
At all those places where your body is touching the ground you feel the energy of the tree rising up from the roots into your body nourishing you.
A deep sense of love and connection is expanding through your body.
You notice the trees branches above you extending gracefully,
Creating a full and thriving crown holding mother nature's hands over you in protection and peace.
The Sun is dancing in the leaves,
Painting a beautiful mosaic of light and shadow.
Focus on all the different tones of green created.
The very bright lush green where the light is touching the leaves.
The darker more rich shades where leaves are overlapping and the very dark tones far up in the deep shadows of the crown of the tree.
Now slowly let all those different shades dissolve into a clear light.
Witness how the green is getting lighter and lighter and with that you feel more and more love surrounding you.
Holding you until you are fully immersed in a clear light of pure love and connection.
With your next inhale feel the light around you expanding away from your body.
With your next exhale feel the light hugging you close around your body.
Inhale feel the light radiating further taking up more and more space extending unconditional love into the world.
Exhale feel how the light is holding you,
Hugging you close.
Keep this vision synced to your breath as I am counting your breath down from ten.
Inhale ten Exhale ten.
Inhale nine.
Exhale nine.
Inhale eight.
Exhale eight.
Inhale seven.
Exhale seven.
Inhale six.
Exhale six.
Inhale five.
Exhale five.
Inhale four.
Exhale four.
Inhale three.
Exhale three.
Inhale two.
Exhale two.
Inhale one.
Exhale one.
Return to your sankalpa.
Repeat it three times with each exhalation.
Let it sink in as you stay in silence.
Gently start to deepen your breath again.
Slowly get ready to return.
Bring both hands onto your heart.
Breathe in deeply.
One more time connect to that sensation of love and then go deeper and deeper into that love.
Filling every cell of your body,
Every corner of your soul and this concludes our practice together.
