Find a comfortable position in your bed,

Allowing yourself to sink into the softness of your mattress and pillows.

Begin by taking a few deep breaths,

Inhaling slowly through your nose and exhaling fully through your mouth.

With each exhale,

Feel any tension or stress from the day melting away,

Leaving you feeling lighter and more at ease.

Now bring your awareness to your body.

Starting from the top of your head,

Imagine a warm,

Healing,

Gentle light cascading down,

Enveloping you in a cocoon of relaxation and tranquility.

Feel this light penetrating every cell of your being,

Bringing deep peace and serenity.

As you continue to breathe deeply,

Visualize yourself in a serene,

Natural setting.

Perhaps you're laying on a soft blanket in the lush meadow,
