Welcome to this Reiki-infused muscle relaxation meditation for deep sleep.

This guided meditation is designed to release tension,

Promote relaxation,

And lead you into a deep,

Rejuvenating sleep.

Throughout this practice,

You will experience the combined benefits of muscle relaxation techniques and the healing energy of Reiki,

All aimed at reducing stress and fostering a sense of calmness.

Find a comfortable position,

Lying down with your spine straight.

Close your eyes,

And take a few deep breaths to center yourself.

Bringing your awareness to your breath,

Inhale deeply through your nose,

Filling your lungs with fresh,

Revitalizing air.

Exhale slowly through your mouth.

Let go of any tension or stress with each breath.

Now shift your focus to your body.

Starting from your toes,

Tense the muscles in your feet as tightly as you can for a few seconds.

Then release and let them relax completely,

Feeling the tension melt away.

Repeat this,

Tensing the muscles in your feet as tightly as you can for a few seconds.

Then release and let them relax completely,

Feeling the tension melt away.

Move your awareness up through your body,

Tensing and releasing each muscle group as you go.

Continue this process with your calves,

Tensing the muscles of your calves as tightly as you can for a few seconds.

And then release and let them completely relax,

Feeling the tension melt away.

Repeat this.

Tense the muscles of your calves as tightly as you can for a few seconds.

Then release and let them relax completely,

Feeling the tension tighten the muscles of your thighs as tightly as you can for a few seconds.

Then release and let them relax completely,

Feeling the tension tighten the muscles of your thighs as tightly as you can for a few seconds.

Then release and let them relax completely,

Feeling the tension tighten the muscles of your buttocks as tightly as you can for a few seconds.

Then release and let them relax completely,

Feeling the tension melt away.

Again,

Tensing the muscles of your buttocks as tightly as you can for a few seconds.

Then release and let them relax completely,

Feeling the tension melt away.

Tensing the muscles of your abdomen as tightly as you can for a few seconds.

Then release and let them relax completely,

Feeling the tension melt away.

Tightening the muscles of your abdomen as tightly as you can for a few seconds.

Then release and let them relax completely,

Feeling the tension melt away.

Tense the muscles of your chest for a few seconds.

Then release and let them relax completely.

Again,

Then release and let them relax completely,

Tighten the muscles of your arms for a few seconds.

Then release and let them relax completely,

Then release and let them relax completely,

Tense the muscles of your neck as tightly as you can for a few seconds.

Then release and let it relax completely,

Feeling the tension melting away.

Again,

Tense the muscles of your neck as tightly as you can for a few seconds.

Then release and let them relax completely,

Feeling the tension melting away.

Tighten the muscles of your face as tightly as you can for a few seconds.

Then release and let them relax completely,

Feeling the tension melting away.

Again,

Tighten the muscles of your face as tightly as you can.

Then release and let them relax completely,

Feeling the tension melting away.

Now tighten your entire body as tightly as you can for a few seconds.

Then release and let all your muscles relax completely,

Feeling the tension melting away.

As you release the tension from your muscles,

Visualize a warm,

Cool light.

This light represents the healing energy of Reiki,

Gently soothing and comforting you.

Feel this healing light permeating every cell of your being,

Bringing a sense of deep relaxation and peace.

Now imagine yourself in a serene,

Natural setting,

Surrounded by the sights and sounds of nature.

Picture yourself lying on a soft grass beside a babbling brook,

Feeling the warmth of the sun on your skin and the gentle breeze on your face.

Allow yourself to surrender to this peaceful environment,

Letting go of any lingering stress or worry.

Trust that you are safe,

You are supported,

You are deeply cared for.
