Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose,
And exhale through your mouth,
And just relax.
And now,
Wow,
Now I have released and cleared so much,
For myself and for the collective.
And now I imagine that there is a giant,
Giant ball of light,
About 30 feet in diameter,
And it is floating within the earth plane,
Somewhere.
This light is very soft white,
Soft green and soft pink,
Like baby colors.
It is so soft,
So calm,
So full of love.
And slowly,
Slowly,
With my intent,
I bring this ball of light,
Which is so very large and so very light,
So very airy at the same time,
Right above me.
And I bring it down slowly,
Through the top of my head,
Into my body.
This beautiful light surrounds me and fills me.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale,
And slowly,
Slowly,
I now see,
Feel and sense myself in the middle of this huge ball of light.
And I begin to experience these soft colors,
This light,
And these three colors feel warm,
Sweet,
Loving and completely accepting of me.
I now feel calm,
Protected,
Safe,
Loved,
Loving myself.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale.
I take my time and I enjoy this vibration,
I stay in the center of this ball for a moment,
And I simply allow this light to come in and out of me.
I remain in this bubble,
In this sphere for a moment.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale.
This energy feels like a newborn baby.
So comfortable,
So sweet.
So pure,
So clean,
So loving.
And again,
It is like a blanket of love.
I sit in the middle of this soft,
Loving light.
I float in this tender,
Loving energy,
This soft pink,
Soft green and soft white light.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale.
I now allow myself to feel protected,
To feel safe,
To feel connected,
To feel loved,
Always.
This is the energy of Creator,
That is with me,
Around me,
Within me.
This is the energy of my spirit family,
That is with me now,
Always.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale.
And I go to my heart and I say,
I ask and intend to absorb this energy.
To absorb this energy even more into my physical body.
I ask to hold this energy,
To always feel this energy within me,
With me and around me.
As I move forward in my earthly journey,
I hold this light in the bubble as I absorb it as well,
Inside my body.
I imagine how this soft green,
Soft white and soft pink light,
Coming in every cell of my body,
Every cell,
Is now absorbing this light,
Softly,
Slowly.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I say,
I ask and intend to begin to feel a deep,
Deep sense of connection to who I really am.
To my true divine essence,
Which is pure,
Divine and complete.
I ask to feel a deep,
Deep sense of connection to my spirit family,
That is always with me.
And I ask to feel their energy more with me and around me,
Right here,
In this physical realm.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale.
Oh yes,
I feel them now.
My spirit guides.
They are here with me.
I feel them,
I see them,
I sense them.
It is like they are hugging me.
And I ask to feel so safe and supported and secure in my physical body,
In my physical environment,
As I feel now.
And most of all,
I ask,
I intend and I pray,
To feel a deep,
Deep sense of connection and alignment with Creator,
Every moment of the day.
Take a deep breath in,
And exhale.
And I ask to keep this sense of connection,
Of safety,
Of connection and protection.
Around me,
Always.
As I move forward on my earthly journey.
I ask to remain in this space of feeling safe,
Connected and loved,
Always.
And so it is.
