And exhale through your mouth.
And just relax.
Relax the muscles in your face.
In your neck.
Your shoulders.
Your arms and your hands.
And again.
Take a deep breath in.
Deep,

Into your nose.
And as you exhale,
Ask to quiet your mind.
Quiet your thoughts.
This moment is for you.
Let go of all the tension in your neck and shoulders.
In your body.
Soften your eyes.
Soften your gaze.
And just relax.
Ask to be very relaxed.
Yet also very clear and focused.
And one more time.
Take a deep breath in.
Deep,
Deep breath.
Into your nose.
And as you exhale,
Go to your heart.
And say from there.
I ask and intend to create a sacred space.
I ask that all confusing,
Distracting thoughts,
Energies and mind chatter be banned from my experience and my physical space now.
And I ask that my spirit family from source to please be present with me now and to help me create and maintain this sacred space.
And I now ask and intend to align my energy,
My mind channels and my communication channels with those of source.
With the energy of my divine creator.
And to bring the energy of source through these mind and communication channels into my entire physical reality.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I now ask and intend to release,
To let go,
Once and for all,
Of that aspect of my being that is misaligned.
That keeps me outside of my true and authentic self.
I now ask to shed that misaligned aspect of my being once and for all.
And to replace it with the energy of my true,
Authentic,
Divine self.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I imagine that I'm standing at the centre of the universe.
This centre is magnificent.
It is massive.
And it is filled with a bright,
Bright light.
This light is deep,
Deep purple and blue.
I imagine that this centre is the centre of all beings,
Of all of creation.
I feel the energy all around me.
I am there now.
Simply through my intent.
This is where I was created.
This is where I started my journey in this lifetime.
And so I now ask to feel fully merged with this energy at this source.
This specific source.
At the centre of all of creation.
And the being that we call the Divine Father,
Creator.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I just imagine that I am fully merged with that intelligence.
With that energy that feels so real.
That holds the authentic me within it.
I imagine that the true divine essence that I really am began here.
In this lifetime.
And so I imagine that I am taking back with me from the source this deep purple light which is my true divine,
Authentic self.
Pure,
Clean,
Untainted,
Untouched.
I bring it with me.
I'm wrapping it all around my body.
It is wrapped all around me.
And I imagine that that is how I truly begin my journey in this lifetime.
I'm filled with this deep,
Deep purple light.
Filled and surrounded with deep purple light.
This is my true,
Authentic nature.
It is one and the same as the source.
It is clear.
It is focused.
It is aligned.
It is happy.
It is connected.
And it is content.
It needs nothing.
It simply is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I hold this focus and this intent.
I keep focusing on that deep purple energy that I keep wrapped around me.
And within me.
I set my intent.
As if I were beginning my journey from this point on.
I just imagine.
I am about to begin my human incarnation.
And before I even leave source,
I am still at source.
I reset my intent.
And I say from my heart.
I am now about to begin a new human incarnation.
This is a new journey.
And I ask for it to be authentic to my true divine.
Everything that I am right here at source,
I shall be on the earth.
I ask to remain authentic and true to my true divine nature.
I now ask to always be my true divine self.
And I now ask that the energy of source and the energy of my divine creator be with me always.
To remind me of my own being.
Of my true authentic self.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I now go back in time.
To where it all began.
Knowing that time does not really exist.
And that I can adjust my script in the now.
Making this my new intent.
For my human life.
Now and in all other lives and incarnations.
So I say from my heart.
No matter how much I forget myself in this human game,
I will always,
Always remember that I began as a pure,
Authentic,
Divine being.
And I will be this divine being here on the earth.
In every moment.
In every situation.
In every interaction.
In every thought,
Every word,
Every action.
In every creation.
There is no other possibility than this from now on.
From today forward.
I am my true divine self,
My essence in this human form.
I choose it now.
And I know that my divine essence,
Who I really am,
Guides my human aspect.
It guides me.
Leads me.
Directs me.
And I trust it completely.
My human self relaxes.
Surrenders into trust and in the unfolding.
This is who I really am.
Nothing else than this.
And so it is.
