Take a deep breath in.
Deep,
Deep breath.
Into your nose.
And exhale through your mouth.
And just relax.
This is a new timeline.
There is a whole new momentum.
And I can use these new,
Higher energies that are pouring in more and more and more every day.
I now choose to use these new energies to create my new reality.
Out of freedom.
Out of joy.
Out of liberation.
And I ask and intend to be in alignment with my higher purpose from this place.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I relax even more.
And I begin to center.
I begin to bring my focus to my heart.
And I shift from my mind to my heart.
To my feeling.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I focus on my heart some more.
And while being in this moment,
I say,
From my heart,
I ask and intend to liberate myself from the old programming.
From the old paradigm thinking and all the old belief systems.
The belief systems that tell me that I must work very,
Very hard to fix my life.
To fix my relationships.
To fix my work.
To fix my life on all those different areas.
I now choose to liberate myself from this old,
Worn out programming.
Of bondage.
Of abuse.
Of allowing the darkness,
The abuse to infringe on my true divine essence.
This is my intent.
And I feel it in my heart.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I say,
I ask and intend to be who I really am.
I ask and intend to feel,
See,
Sense the essence of my true being.
In my heart.
I ask to be who I really am.
I ask to be honest with my true,
True feelings.
And to begin to live my life based on my inner truth.
I am now letting go of others' expectations of me.
Others' projections on me.
Others' belief systems.
They no longer affect me now.
I am letting go.
I am now asking to be my true,
True divine self.
Honest with who I really am.
No matter what.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I focus on my heart as I say.
I only want to be in alignment with who I really am.
Birthing who I really am.
Based on the universal divine principles.
Of self-preservation.
Self-healing.
Self-repair.
And self-love.
These principles are my new default.
My new mechanism.
As of today.
As of now.
And this will only allow effortless resolutions.
Effortless experiences.
To my daily life.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I expand out from my heart.
360 degrees.
And I put myself in a sphere of light.
All around.
I am in the middle of this beautiful sphere of light.
And from that place,
I set my next intention as I say.
I ask and intend to feel my true divine essence.
To birth my essence in a safe and protected way.
And I now ask,
Intend and command to allow only those energies,
Experiences,
Relationships,
Resources and information that are aligned with my true,
Divine self to come into my life.
And those that are not,
Will spontaneously be repelled.
Move away.
Dissolve.
And disappear.
And as I say these words,
I just visualize,
Intend,
Imagine.
That in my sphere of light,
In my sacred space all around me is only the frequency of Source.
The frequency of my pure essence coming through.
Only the pure Source coming through.
There is nothing,
Nothing else.
Only that is within me.
And around me.
And outside this sacred space,
This ball of light,
Are those distracting energies.
All those people,
Situations,
Belief systems that are not aligned with my higher purpose.
And they just bounce off.
They are just repelled.
Because I am in this strong,
Strong energy.
I am this strong energy.
And I keep myself in this strong,
Powerful light.
In this energy around my body.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I focus on who I am.
And I now ask,
Intend and choose to only attract those powerful Source energies to me and through me.
And this energy within me and around me will translate in 3D reality into people,
Situations,
Support,
Circumstances,
Resources,
Information and everything else that is in alignment.
Anything else that is not in alignment will simply not enter my experience.
It will not enter my reality.
It will simply dissolve.
With ease and grace,
Move away and fade out.
And I trust it to be so.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I state one more time.
I now ask to manifest my true higher purpose.
I now ask to begin the new me.
To birth the new me.
And to step into my true higher purpose without any distraction.
I will only experience what I am here to do.
This is my true essence manifesting my true higher purpose right here on the earth.
So I say from my heart,
I now ask,
Intend to feel,
See,
Sense my true higher purpose from my heart.
And to be guided every day to manifest this purpose and to birth my true spiritual self on this earth now.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I ask for the universe,
I ask my spirit family,
I ask Source,
I ask my own higher consciousness to assist me,
To support me in manifesting who I really am.
Totally free.
Liberated from the past as a new divine being in human form.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I feel my energy so strong.
So empowered.
And more importantly,
Sovereign.
I am sovereign.
I feel my being as a true divine energy.
Full of divine potential.
Totally sovereign.
Totally fresh.
Totally clean.
Totally new.
This is my true potential.
And it will manifest now.
And so it is.
