This talk was originally part of a live session we shared together in a group field of remembrance and reconnection. It now lives on as an audio experience for you to return to anytime. We begin with a short talk: a loving perspective on how ego and Essence relate through frequency. From there, we move into an experiential meditation that invites you to feel your own energy field from within. Step by step, you’re guided to sense the difference between ego-based states and the expanded awareness of your Divine Self and Universal Consciousness. You’ll raise your frequency gradually — from contraction to expansion — and bring the energy of Source back into your body and your life. This is not just a talk with words.
