Your arms and your hands.

And quiet your mind.
Quiet your thoughts.
And again.
Take a deep breath in.
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose.
And exhale through your mouth.
And relax even more.
And from this quiet place,
Go to your heart.
And from your heart,
Focus on the now.
This moment in time.
There is only this moment in time.
So just be here.
And say from your heart,
I ask and intend to create a sacred space.
I ask to let go of all the distracting thoughts,
Distracting information,
Distracting energies.
And I now ask and intend to clear my physical body,
My physical space,
My energy field,
My whole physical environment of all distracting invading energies and attachments that are not in alignment with my highest purpose and highest good.
And I now ask to manifest this energetic clearing with the help of Source.
My divine creator at the center of the universe.
And this pure,
Pure divine Source energy.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I now ask to release my body from the frozen and stuck energies.
And to let them go.
To let the energy in my body flow freely again.
So the divine flow can fully flow to me and through me.
In a brand new freeway.
So I can be really,
Really,
Really free.
And live my life fully from my divine purpose.
And be guided.
Every moment of the day.
And experience joy,
Appreciation,
And deep,
Deep love.
And so it is.

And from this place of alignment,
From my heart I say,
I trust that the divine energies of Source are supporting me massively in this moment in time.
These energies are supporting me in clearing and cleansing all of my cells.
In clearing and cleansing all of those lower frequencies out of my body.
I allow these energies to support me now.
And as I allow,
I begin to focus on an energy that we call the Divine Mother.
I simply imagine or intend for this consciousness,
This energy form that is pure,
Pure unconditional love to be here with me.
And this energy comes from the universal structure and it comes to me.
Closer to me,
To my own sacred space.
I just imagine,
Visualize or intend the consciousness of Divine Mother as if there were a being standing behind me.
And this being is the pure,
Pure consciousness of what we call the Divine Mother.
This is the energy of nurture,
Of giving love,
Of giving service,
Of being at peace,
Always,
With who she is.
Embodying warm,
Unconditional love and the principle of goodness in its purest form.
I imagine this energy and this being standing right behind me.
And like a truly,
Truly loving parent,
She wraps herself around me.
I allow myself to be hugged,
To be held by my Divine Parent,
By this pure consciousness of goodness,
Of beauty,
Of unconditional love.
I allow myself to feel reassured.
I just relax in this warmth,
In this comfort.
I just relax.
This pure energy and light now slowly comes into my being.
I allow it to nurture me,
To calm me,
To love me.
I just relax.
And this is the principle of goodness,
The principle of beauty,
The principle of unconditional love,
In its purest form,
Going deep into myself.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
And as it enters my cells,
As this energy comes closer to me,
As it wraps itself around me,
This energy gets condensed and compiled into a small,
Tennis ball-sized ball of light.
It is pink and white,
Pure Divine Mother energy in this ball of light.
And I now bring it up,
All the way up above my head.
And I let it enter my body,
Through this way again,
Through the top of my head,
All the way along the back of my skull,
The back of my neck,
Along my spine.
And I place it right behind my heart,
Right at my thymus gland.
And it is my intent for this energy to purge all entities that have to do with manipulation of the DNA and with the distortion of my pure soul identity.
I bring this pure,
Pure,
Pure light and I hold it there,
Behind my heart.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
And as I focus on this energy,
This ball of pure,
Pink and white source frequency,
As I hold it there at my thymus gland area,
I visualize,
I just imagine that it is pulsating.
It is sending out an energy like a drop of oxygen.
And it dissolves specifically the presence of foreign entities and attachments and energies that has to do with the disruption and the DNA manipulation since the beginning of time.
It will make my cells pure and whole again,
As they were before any manipulation here on earth occurred,
Before any distortion and trauma was put in there.
Yes,
I now reset my cells to their original setting,
As of now.
And I let go of the energies that simply don't belong here.
I hold it there with the intent to purge this energy.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I say,
I now ask an intent and I choose to purge once and for all.
This energy from my body.
And I hold my intent.
And so it is.
And I now trust that this ball of light,
Which is very,
Very bright,
Keeps clearing and cleansing the energies from my heart and from my entire body.
As I go about my normal day,
I continue to allow this energy to work.
And this energy will do the work for me.
Automatically.
Easily.
Effortlessly.
And I allow it to unfold gracefully.
And so it is.
