This meditation (also referred to as a ‘prayer,’ in which you consciously direct your energy through intentional asking and intending) supports the release of intrusive thoughts and emotional imbalance. Through conscious intention, you invite clarity and calmness into your inner world. Thoughts begin to settle, and emotional tension softens as your awareness returns to balance. Your nervous system is gently invited back into coherence, allowing your mind and heart to find a natural state of harmony. As balance returns, your energy becomes lighter, clearer, and more aligned.
