Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.
Relax your face,
Soften your eyes,
Soften your gaze.
Relax all the muscles in your face,
In your neck,
In your shoulders and your arms.
Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and relax some more.
Quiet your mind,
Quiet your thoughts.
This moment is for you.
Just quiet down,
Just relax some more.
Like you're in a sauna,
Just let go of all the tension.
All the worries,
All the concerns,
They don't serve you now,
Just relax.
And then focus on your heart and say,
I ask and intend to create a sacred space.
I ask to keep away all distracting thoughts,
Energies and information.
I ask to raise my vibration and to create a deep alignment with my higher self and with the energy of Source,
The energy of my Divine Creator.
And I now ask and intend to let go of all of my programming that keeps me needy and attached to things and people in a misaligned way.
I am now asking to let go of this programming and replace it with a new programming that allows me to be free,
That allows me to stand in my own power.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I now imagine myself standing in a sphere of light.
This sphere of light is about 12 feet in diameter and it's all green and gold.
Green and golden light.
This is my own sacred space.
I am in this sphere and I imagine that at the edge of this sphere there is another version of me.
Only that version of me is 6 or 7 years old.
At the edge of my sphere there is another smaller me.
It is the human me at the age of 6 or 7.
I just observe and I see that this younger me is also contained in its own sphere of light.
And I watch myself at the age of 6 or 7 where most of the conditioning occurs that remains deeply,
Deeply integrated within my human life.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I put in all of the information,
The data,
The energies,
The frequencies that I have now within me as an adult and that keep me in fear of detachment.
And I now just visualize that I am sending,
That I am placing all of these frequencies from my own body and my own energy field into that bubble,
Into the 6 year old bubble.
And I don't worry.
All this programming is already there anyway.
The only thing I am doing right now is that I am returning all of these energies that are still operating within me as an adult.
I am simply returning these energies and frequencies to their source where it was first created up until the age of 6 or 7 years old.
I was ingrained with the belief system that unless I was attached to things or I remained attached to people and objects,
Then I was not a human.
So as I focus on this main belief system,
I allow my adult self to free itself.
I free myself from all of these beliefs as I put them back at the place of origin.
And as I watch the 6 year old bubble getting filled up with all of this information,
I take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I say,
I am now choosing to let go,
Once and for all,
Of these aspects of my being that needs attachment to things and people all the time.
I now choose to erase this aspect of my consciousness and replace it with a new aspect that is also me and that is pure and clean and clear of others' expectations.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I continue to focus on the 6 or 7 years old child that is also me.
And as I begin to say goodbye,
I say,
I am so sorry.
I am so sorry for allowing all this conditioning to happen to you and to me.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.
I love you.
I forgive you,
I forgive myself for all of this conditioning to occur.
And now I know it was simply a human experience.
Nothing really went wrong.
It was simply an experience.
And now I wish it no more.
I am done.
I am clearing my human consciousness from this old belief system that was created at that time.
I am now free.
I am now completely free.
So,
I now begin to see that that 6 or 7 year old bubble is starting to disappear,
Disintegrating,
Dissolving into thin air.
I visualize it,
I see it.
It is dissolving into thin air.
And it's okay.
It's okay.
I feel the love.
And I know that it was just an experience.
I let it go.
And now I am moving forward in a completely new way.
As of now.
As of today.
Yeah.
And so it is.

And exhale.
