I sit up straight,
With my feet flat on the floor,
And I close my eyes for a moment.
And I take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into my nose,
And I exhale through my mouth,
And I just relax.
And again,
I take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into my nose,
And as I exhale,
I bring my focus to my heart,
And I say quietly,
I ask and intend to create a sacred space.
I ask and intend to let go of all the distracting thoughts,
Distracting information,
Distracting energies now.
And my intent is to feel,
To see,
To sense,
On a deep,
Deep cellular level,
Who I really am.
To help me create the new me,
To create my reality,
Based on my true divine essence.
I take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
From the heart,
I expand 360 degrees,
And I put myself in a sphere of light.
And I begin to imagine the frequency of interconnectivity with all of life.
All of life is interconnected through the being and the frequency of what we call the Divine Mother.
And I visualize this energy,
Which is gold and pink,
Coming down,
Surrounding me,
Embracing me,
Holding me,
Filling the entire space around me.
This energy,
This soft gold and pink light,
Is all around me.
I take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
This light is coming down through the top of my head,
Filling my entire brain,
Filling every cell in my brain,
In my head,
My throat,
My shoulders,
My arms,
My chest and upper back,
My stomach and lower back,
My thighs,
My knees,
My ankles and my feet.
I just visualize,
See,
Feel,
Sense these colors of gold and pink all around me and within me.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I imagine every cell in my body relaxing,
Opening up,
Absorbing this energy that allows the true divine flow to flow through me,
Through every cell in my body.
This is pure light,
And I am the vessel.
And so I say,
Quietly in my mind,
I allow the divine flow of the universe to come through me,
To pour through me,
And to allow me to feel on a deep,
Deep cellular level my true divine self,
Who I really am.
And I just sit here for a moment,
And I imagine this beautiful flow of divine energies coming through,
Letting go,
Dissolving the old me.
I kind of dissolve in this energy.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
I now visualize another energy that is coming through.
It is the energy that I call the Divine Father,
Divine Creator,
God or Source,
Whatever makes sense to me.
This is the original divine source that created me.
And I visualize this energy of Divine Creator as a deep,
Deep royal blue light.
And I now bring this energy,
This deep,
Deep royal blue light,
Through the top of my head.
And I bring it down.
It fills my head,
My throat,
My shoulders,
My arms,
My chest and upper back,
My stomach and lower back,
My thighs,
My knees,
My ankles and my feet.
And this energy is so very,
Very empowering.
These are my creative powers.
These are my original creative powers.
And I imagine every cell in my body opening up,
Allowing this very powerful energy to settle in.
And I say quietly,
From my heart,
I want to be who I really am.
I want to create my reality,
Only from my true,
Divine self.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in,
And as I exhale,
One more time.
One more time I visualize another energy.
This is the energy of the manifested,
Christ-like being.
It is an energy,
Not a person.
And it is the manifested aspect of Creator,
Of Source,
As an intelligent being who I can relate to.
And this energy appears as golden green.
And it is right above me and around me.
And I visualize this energy also coming in through the top of my head,
Filling my entire head,
Every cell,
In my head,
In my throat,
In my shoulders,
My arms,
My chest and upper back,
My stomach and lower back,
My thighs,
My knees,
My ankles and my feet.
And I sit here for a moment.
I allow myself to absorb this energy,
Slowly,
Slowly.
This golden green light is filling every cell in my body.
This is the manifested,
The physical aspect of my original me.
This is the new me,
In its purest form.
And so I say quietly in my mind,
From my heart,
I ask to physically manifest my true divine being.
Finally.
In this physical form.
I ask to be my true,
Sovereign,
Divine self.
As of today.
As of now.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in and as I exhale,
I just relax.
And I focus on my heart and I say,
I am now choosing my new path,
The new me.
I am letting go of everything behind me.
And looking forward,
I will be,
I will materialize and manifest in physical form my true,
Sovereign,
Divine self.
And I now ask for the support of the universe and source to help me to maintain this focus and intention.
To help me manifest this focus and intention.
I ask to materialize the new me as I walk this earth.
As I move forward on my new trajectory on this earth.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
And I now just stay with this energy for a little while longer.
And I keep saying,
And I will keep saying every morning,
Please help me to stay in this empowered state.
So I can see where this is going.
And so it guides me to the new me.
I want to be the new me moving forward in my human life.
And so it is.
Take a deep breath in and exhale.
And now I bring my focus back to my heart.
And slowly,
Slowly,
Whenever I am ready.
