Take a deep breath in,
Deep deep breath into your nose and exhale through your mouth and just relax.
I now bring my focus up to the center of my brain.
There is another zero point there.
It is near the pineal gland.
I don't have to know exactly where or how.
My higher consciousness knows.
This central point holds a field,
An energy field around it,
That is my mental field.
And if I notice the energy inside this bubble,
And this bubble is larger than my head,
It's larger than my entire body,
I allow it to be the size that it needs to be.
I begin to bring up all the belief systems,
The mental frequencies that keep me stuck in chaos,
In confusion,
That keep me stuck in a pattern that I can't get out of.
I bring up all these thoughts,
Beliefs,
Patterns.
I don't have to be specific.
I begin to notice how chaotic the energy is.
It is all over the place.
It is contained within this bubble.
And it is so chaotic.
I recognize that this is me.
This is how I have been up until now.
Ah,
The constant mental processing,
The overanalyzing,
The overthinking,
Going in circles,
Being stuck.
The pattern of making decisions out of guilt,
Out of shame,
Out of fear of the unknown.
I bring out all of these patterns.
Fear of uncertainty,
Fear of losing my mind,
Fear of not being in control.
All those things that bring up this mental imbalance.
I just bring everything up.
I may see situations and people.
I just bring everything up.
Everything in this sphere.
As I say,
These patterns no longer serve me.
Because I am not moving forward in a happy,
Loving way.
I am stuck in this constant misaligned processing.
I am making decisions from unconscious patterns,
Based on childhood traumas or the influence of others.
Or the fear of making mistakes.
I am letting go of this old programming.
Of this old way of processing.
Up until now.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I imagine that this central point is absorbing all of these frequencies.
They are coming down into this vortex point.
Being dissolved.
Being flushed out.
And that field starts to get very clear.
Very clear.
Almost like my mind is empty.
And that is good,
Because now I am going to fill it with incredible power and clarity.
I focus on this emptiness.
A clean slate.
I am reinventing myself.
I begin to bring in this very powerful,
Clear,
Divine energy.
I visualize it as white and silvery light with some blue.
I bring it through.
I let it fill every cell,
Every space in this mental field.
And it feels so very powerful.
Very empowering.
Very clear.
And as I allow this energy to fill this mental field,
I say,
I am reinventing the new me.
I am powerful.
My creative powers will be highly increased.
I see very clearly.
I can make decisions in alignment with who I really am.
I feel empowered.
I feel a direct connection with the divine energy.
With the divine story.
With the divine plan.
And it is all coming through my mental field in a very clear and powerful way.
The new me,
As of now,
Is very clear.
Very decisive.
It knows exactly the physical choices and decisions to make.
That will only be in alignment with the higher powers of my being.
And therefore,
Beyond my human interpretation.
My mind energy will come directly from the Source.
From the energy of the Universe.
From the Source.
From,
As I feel the energy of a being,
My Divine Father,
Creator.
There is no separation between that Divine Mind and my mind.
Take a deep breath in.
And as I exhale,
I begin to imagine that mind energy coming from the Universe.
Directly into my brain.
And creating a very,
Very powerful mind energy.
Emanating from my brain.
As I say,
My Divine Powers are back.
They will assist me in creating my new reality.
Starting as of now.
In perfect alignment with the Divine Order of the Universe.
I will be empowered.
Supported.
And my decisions will ultimately help me to fulfill my earthly destiny.
And so it is.
