Connecting To Source - Trusting The Highest Outcome

Take a deep breath in. Deep, Deep breath. Into your now. And exhale through your mouth. And just relax. Relax all the tension. Your neck. Your shoulders. Your arms and your hands. Relax your face. Relax your entire body. Relax your thoughts. Relax your mind. Take a deep breath in. Deep, Deep breath. In through your now. And as you exhale Relax some more. And then, Go to your heart center. And say. Quietly in your mind. I ask and intend. To create a sacred space. I ask in intent. To quiet my mind. To let go of all the distracting thoughts. Distracting information. Distracting energies now. I ask to raise my vibration. And align my energy. With the energy of Source. The energy of pure and unconditional love. Take a deep breath in. And as you exhale. . . Just imagine. That you now are. At the center of the universe. Just imagine. Just intent. At this center. There is this bright. White light. This is the energy of Soar. The energy of pure life. And slowly begin to bring this light. Through the universe. Through space. Just imagine this energy floating through space all the way. Through the galaxy. All the way to this planetary system. All the way. To the air. And now. It is right above your physical location. It is the same pure, Bright, White light. Take a deep breath in, And as you exhale, Slowly, Slowly. Bring this pure white light. Through the ceiling. Through the top of your head. And magic. That this light is now filling. Every cell. Inside your skull and your brain. Every cell in your entire head is absorbing this light. It is opening. Relaxing. Every cell in your head. Allowing you to feel completely relaxed and open. Absorbing deeper. And deeper. This pure life. Take a deep breath in, And as you exhale, Bring this light further down. Through your jaw. You're thrilled. Through your shoulders, Your arms your upper back and chest. Your lower back. And stomach. Always imagining this pure white light. Filling every cell. In your body. Allowing yourself to become this pure white light. Let it fill your hips, Your thighs, Your knees. Your ankle and your feet. And let it come out through the bottom of your feet, Anchoring you down all the way. Into the Earth. Take a deep breath in and as you exhale Bring your focus to your heart. Allow yourself to be in perfect alignment. With the frequency of source. In this pure, Pure energy of unconditional love. This is the energy of home. And you are that energy. You are the energy of your true divine essence. Right here, Right now. Take a deep breath in and as you exhale from your heart. Set your intent. I also can intend. To feel good, To feel love. To feel joy. To feel safe. Protected. Connect. And guide. I ask to be guided. To whatever I'm moving through right now in my life. And I ask for the best solution to unfold, For the highest good. Of everyone involved. And so it is. Take a deep breath in and exhale.
