This meditation (also referred to as a ‘prayer,’ in which you consciously direct your energy through intentional asking and intending) supports you in aligning with the innate healing intelligence of your body. Through conscious intention, you invite vitality, restoration, and balance into your physical system. You gently direct your awareness toward the strength and resilience already present within you. As awareness deepens, your relationship with your body becomes more cooperative and trusting. Your body is not something you must control or fix, but something you can listen to and support.
