Take a deep breath in,
Deep,
Deep breath into your nose,
And exhale through your mouth,
And relax.
Sit up straight,
With your feet flat on the floor,
And start by visualizing a thin tube of light,
From the center of the universe,
And it comes down,
All the way down,
Through space,
Above your head,
And bring it down into your head,
Through your neck,
Through your throat,
Into your chest,
Your belly,
Your legs,
Your feet,
And all the way down into the earth.
This is your Source Connection,
And I ask an intent to bring through the energy of Source and my own higher consciousness,
Through every cell in my physical body.
Before you close your eyes,
Just look around you,
And look through the eyes of a child,
Look under the couch,
Under the bed,
Look around,
In every corner of your room,
Look behind you and in front of you,
Look through the eyes of a child that needs to know that it is safe,
There are no threats here,
I am safe,
Declare yourself safe.
And then I'd like to invite you to close your eyes.
Close your eyes and raise your shoulders high,
With a lot of tension,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Like it's difficult,
Difficult,
Difficult,
And then release,
Let go.
With something like,
Phew,
That went well today,
I'm safe.
And we do that two times,
So again,
Just lift up your shoulders,
With a lot of tension,
Like difficult,
Difficult,
Difficult,
And let go.
Poo-poo,
That's quite something,
Release.
This is already a big release in your nervous system.
And then,
Just soften your eyes.
You can do it with your eyes open,
But it's easier to do it with your eyes closed,
So close your eyes and soften them,
Relax all the muscles around your eyes and within your eyes.
Just let your eyes drift in your face,
There's nothing they have to do right now,
And relax all the muscles in your face.
And we go about this exercise with a little more steps,
But at the end,
When you just do this,
After some training,
Your nervous system will know,
With soft eyes,
I am safe,
I can relax,
And you'll get yourself out of your trauma reaction.
But for the training,
Let's add some steps to it.
With this soft and gentle face,
Just lift up,
On the inside,
Your mouth,
Like you make a big smile,
Inside,
Only inside.
And make this smile up to the tip of your ears,
And feel how still it becomes within your mind.
It can be sounds around you,
But they don't affect you.
And then just visualize that you're inside your head,
And slide down,
With this stillness,
Through your neck,
Through your throat,
Into your heart center.
You're inside your heart center,
Inside your body,
And then think of someone or something you love,
And feel how your heart opens up,
And then slide even further,
Down to the bottom of your belly,
And breathe there.
As you feel,
You might be waving a little bit,
Swaying a bit in the wind,
Half awake,
Half asleep.
And this gentle power is now inside your belly.
And while you are also inside of your belly,
Just take this soft and gentle power with you,
And go visit a place in your body that's asking for your attention right now.
It might be in your neck,
Or your shoulders,
It might be anywhere.
Just go there with this gentle power,
And just stay there.
Nothing has to be changed,
Nothing has to be done,
It's just the presence of this gentle power.
So when you use this gentle power,
Can you make contact with the inside of your neck when you do the Stanley Rosenberg's exercise of yesterday?
Can you just be there with this gentle power?
Can you do this exercise really from inside your body,
Using this gentle power?
And if you do a meditation or you listen to an audio,
Can you,
While listening,
Be with the gentle power at the bottom of your belly,
Or within your feet,
Or somewhere else in your body where you are asked to go?
Just be there for a moment,
It's already enough.
The gentle power,
This is what we want to do things in and with.
And my advice,
Practice and activate this gentle power,
And the short version is under the boosts again,
As much as you can.
And as I told you,
If you keep training,
Your nervous system will be so thankful.
So this will become more and more your natural state of being.
And if you can be in this gentle power,
In safe circumstances,
This power will also guide you through more difficult situations,
More difficult circumstances.
This gentle power contains the energy of your own higher self and of Source,
And it makes it a golden combination.
