Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position,

Seated,

Reclined,

Or laying on your side.

Allow your body to be fully supported by the earth,

By your breath,

And by love.

Close your eyes if that feels good for you.

Let one hand rest gently on your heart,

And the other one on your belly,

The space where life is growing,

The space where love already lives.

Begin by noticing your breath,

Just as it is.

There's no need to change anything yet,

Simply know how it feels just to breathe.

Now gently deepen your inhale,

Breathe in softly through your nose,

And slowly exhale through your mouth,

With a soft whisper like ujjayi breath,

If that feels right.

Again in through your nose,

And out again gently.

We can start falling into a 4-6 breath count pattern,

In 2-3-4,

Keep breathing in gently through your nose,

And exhaling gently through your mouth.

As you inhale,

Imagine this golden light carries peace,

Nourishment,

Love.

It moves gently through your chest,

Into your belly,

Into your womb space,

Filling your body and your baby with warmth and healing.

As you exhale,

Imagine a soft purple smoke rising from a cauldron deep in your belly.

This smoke carries away any stress,

Any tension.

Let it go,

Breathing in that beautiful golden light,

And exhaling that purple smoke.

With every inhale,

The golden light becomes brighter.

It cleanses your wounds,

Your heart,

Your womb.

With every exhale,

The purple smoke becomes lighter in color.

From dark violet,

To soft mist,

Until eventually there's no smoke left,

Only golden light.

Now see the golden light gently wipe your inner cauldron clean,

Cleansing your womb space,

That sacred space within you,

Clear,

Renewed,

Restored.

You are filled now with only love,

Cradled in gold and peace.

Let yourself rest in this state for a few more breaths.

No direction,

Just gentle presence,

And awareness back to the space around you.

Wiggle your fingers,

Your toes,

Maybe roll your shoulders,

Or gently stretch your arms,

And when it feels right,

Slowly open your eyes.

You've just cleansed your body,

Your mind,

And your energy.

You are safe.
