Close your eyes,

And take a deep breath.

Bring to mind a loss that you have been holding onto,

And the emotions that come with it.

Now imagine this pain as a heavy object you are carrying.

Feel its weight.

Feel its texture.

Feel its presence in your life.

On your next breath,

Imagine gently placing this object down in front of you.

Now say to yourself,

I honor this loss.

I release it with love.

Visualize the object dissolving into light.

Freeing you from its weight.

Feel a sense of lightness and peace.

Filling the space where the pain once was.

Take one more deep breath in,

And when you're ready,

Let it out with a sigh.

You have made space for healing and new beginnings.
