Hello everyone and welcome to Enchanted Whispers with Aveline Grove.
I am your host Aveline and I would like to invite you into a choose your own adventure meditation.
This can be done at the time of the full moon or at any point when you feel like you need some redirection and to choose a different path.
I invite you to get very comfortable,
To dim the lights,
To find a space where you will not be disturbed for the next little while,
Silence your phone,
Find a blanket,
A pillow,
Get yourself set up so you can truly drop in.
You may also choose to grab something to write with and write on.
As you know with a lot of my meditations there's always an opportunity to write down things that show up for you at the end.
And when you are ready we will begin.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and sigh it out.
One more time inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale.
Take a moment to scan your body.
Bringing attention to your jaw,
Allowing it to relax,
Allowing the tiny muscles around your eyes to soften,
Tucking your chin slightly to elongate the back of the neck,
Allowing your shoulders to gently fall away from your ears,
Consciously place your hands in a way that feels aligned with you in this moment.
And some breath into your belly and your hips,
Allowing your legs to relax and your feet to gently fall to the sides.
And then one more deep inhale and exhaling all the way out through the ends of your toes.
I'm going to count backwards from five to one and as I do allow yourself to drop fully in one,
Two.
Imagine a soft light beginning to rise around you.
This light moves through your body,
Through your auric field,
Through your energy centers,
And begins to lift you upward slowly and gently.
You begin to feel that your body is floating upward through space,
Moving through layers of time and memory,
Through possibilities.
Through versions of yourself that you've been before and some versions that you've never met.
You feel a subtle shift as you pass through each layer,
A thinning,
A widening,
An opening.
You continue rising until the movement begins to slow and your feet gently touch the ground again,
Landing you somewhere new.
As you land in this new place,
Ahead of you stands a temple.
You begin to notice its shape,
The colors or textures,
Or perhaps you just feel it's present.
As you stand before this temple,
You allow yourself to sense the invitation that it carries and you step forward,
Making your way towards the temple.
As you reach the doorway,
You ask for permission,
Placing your hand gently on the door.
And allowing it to open before you.
Once inside the temple,
You look around and see a maze of hallways,
Rooms,
And passages.
Taking it all in,
You begin to see that some are lit paths,
Others in shadows.
Perhaps some that feel familiar or ancient.
You begin to allow yourself to wander,
Letting your body choose the direction,
Allowing instinct to lead instead of thought.
Every moment,
Every turn takes you deeper and deeper.
Every doorway bringing you closer to the center until you arrive in a circular chamber.
You find yourself standing in the center of the room.
You feel the air around you shift and beneath your feet,
The floor begins to rise slowly and steadily,
Lifting you upward into the heart of the temple.
You ascend until the movement comes to a gentle stop and a single doorway appears before you.
You step through.
When you do,
You enter a hexagon-shaped room and you instantly notice that the air feels different here,
Clear,
Sharp,
Intentional.
You look around the room and you see four doors,
Each one ready to reveal a different path.
Truth or initiation,
You take your time.
You walk to each door,
Noticing any symbols or markings,
Colors or textures or sensations that arise in your body as you stand before it.
One of these doors begins to call to you more than the others.
An unmistakable pull to where you need to be.
You make your way to the door and stand before it,
Placing your hand on it,
Feeling the energy on the other side.
This is the door that leads exactly to the experience your soul is ready for.
And when you are ready,
The door opens and you step through.
You find yourself in a space that is entirely your own.
You allow it to unfold and reveal itself.
Perhaps it's a landscape.
A memory,
A guide,
Symbols,
Messages,
Something beyond words.
You take your time to explore this space,
Moving towards whatever draws your attention,
Allowing it to speak its language to you and to show you what you're ready to understand.
When you feel complete with the messages you've received,
You turn back towards the doorway.
It will appear when you are ready to return.
You step back through the door into the hexagon room and back into your body.
The temple that holds you gently begins to dissolve around you,
Not disappearing,
But integrating,
Becoming part of your new inner landscape.
You begin to feel your feet again and feel your breath,
Feel the space around you.
The clarity of your journey begins to settle into your mind,
Your heart,
And your body.
And when you are ready,
You begin to gently wiggle your fingers and your toes,
Taking a deep breath into your nose,
Placing one hand on your heart,
One hand on your belly,
Allowing yourself to come back into this space and this timeline,
And taking time whenever you are ready to jot down anything that you may have received.
That you heard,
Saw,
Or felt on your journey.
Blessed be.
Blessed be.
Blessed be.
