Session 9 guides you into the alchemical stage of Distillation, where your soul’s purest essence rises to the surface and becomes unmistakably clear. After meeting your Spirit Guide in the upper realms, this phase gathers everything luminous within you — the truth that survived the fire, the wisdom that rose through the sky, the clarity that has been waiting beneath the noise. In the Chamber of Light, your inner radiance lifts like vapor, separating from old stories and fear, refining itself into a single sphere of truth. Here, your guide helps you purify what is essential, returning it to your heart as a drop of radiant knowing. Distillation is the moment when Spirit clarifies itself, when your essence becomes bright, sharp, and undeniable. You emerge carrying your refined truth — steady, luminous, and ready for the final transformation.

Hello and welcome back to Betrayal Alchemy. This is session 9, Stage 6, The Sacred Essence. This is the stage of distillation. The purification of your spirit, The gathering of your soul's purest essence into form, Into this moment. Take a slow, Deep breath … and feel yourself. Right where you left off last time when we journeyed through the spirit realm to meet your guide. And you landed back in your field and in your body. Today we will venture back up into the spirit realm. I'm going to count backwards from 5 to 1 and as I do, Invite your body to become lighter and to rise a little higher. Five. 4. Three to one. Take a slow, Deep breath in. And cast yourself out back into the upper realm. Standing in the sanctuary of your inner sky. You call back out to your spirit guide. And they come to stand beside of you. Today a fine mist begins to gather at your feet. It's delicate, Light and airy. And it moves as if something is alive. Swirls as if there's a sacred undoing gathering and coming back together. You look at this mist that's gathering around you. And it begins to grow and expand. Your spirit guide gestures towards the mist. And it begins to rise around you curling upward through your body like the breath of dawn your spirit guide leads the way as you are immersed in this mist their light guides you forward You follow them. Into a space that forms inside of the sky. The mist begins to part a bit. And you're standing inside of a chamber. Made of light transparent and shimmering. It's as if you're standing inside of a temple that's been woven from glass and breath. You take a moment to look around and inside the air is still and pure and sacred You know instantly that this is where your essence is clarified. Where truth becomes defined. And where your own spirit becomes mistakenly its new self. You look to your guide and their eyes are soft with a gentle knowing. They reach out their hand and they touch your chest and you feel a warmth begin to glow it begins to expand outward. Your breath deepens and your ribs begin to soften. You feel your heart opening. You see everything that is there that needs to be dissolved. Walls, Boundaries, Pain. This light fills you and fills those places You take a deep breath. You feel that inner light begin to lift and arise within you. You allow it to rise as it is the purest extract of your soul. It extends out into all of your beings. Making its way through the places that have been tangled, Separate. As this light moves inside of you. The mist around you begins to respond as well and it swirls upward. Gathering the parts of you that are ready to rise higher. Your guy raises his hand once more. And the essence that was gathering around your heart begins to form a sphere of luminous vapor It glows with the color of your becoming. Your guide reaches out and takes your hands and cups them around this sphere of light, Of vapor, Of becoming. With the help of your guide and with your own hands, You begin to refine it. As you work with it, The sphere begins to brighten. It sharpens and it purifies. Your guide takes your hands and pushes them around the sphere of light guiding it back inside of your chest You have one hand over your heart. Holding near you. Holding your sphere. As that sphere of light comes to rest inside of your chest you feel it settle like a drop of pure radiance It begins to spread down through your ribs and back into your spine. Up through your throat and through your crown down through your roots. This is your distilled essence, Your clarified truth. And your soul in purest form. Your guide looks into your eyes and in that moment you ask What is the essence I am meant to carry forward? Your guide reaches out and takes your hand. And you ask. What final truth has been clarified. You allow that answer to settle deep into your bones. What else do I need to know to prepare for the final stage? Your guide places their hand at the top of your head on your crown. Giving you a final seal of clarity, A mark of purification. A reminder that you now carry your essence in its most refined form inside of you. You take a moment to thank your guide. You watch them as they depart. The chamber begins to dissolve around you now that its work is complete. The sky feels brighter. Your inner light steady and clear. The essence that you carry is all of your own pure true and undeniable Stay here as long as you need to. And when you are ready. You gently make your way back.
