Betrayal Alchemy: Session 8 — The Rising Of Spirit

Session 8 leads you into the alchemical stage of Fermentation, where Spirit rises through the ashes of everything you have shed. After the descent into the Underworld and the reclamation of your shadowed power, this phase opens the upper realms — the domain of clarity, guidance, and luminous truth. Here, your energy body awakens, your inner light steps forward, and you ascend into the sanctuary of sky where your Spirit Guide waits. This is the moment when your soul becomes the one who leads, offering messages, revelations, and the blessing that marks your rebirth. Fermentation is the blooming of trust, the return of your radiance, and the beginning of your rise.

Welcome back to Betrayal Alchemy. We are at session eight, Stage five. Experimentation. This is where we meet the spirit guides in the upper realms. The rising of spirit, The blooming of your inner light, And the moment when your soul steps forward to lead. Before we begin, I want to invite you to settle into your body. Find a comfortable position. I really recommend lying down for this one. Allowing your soul, Your spirit, Your being to take complete rest. I'm going to count down from five to one, And with each number, Allow yourself to drop deeper. Deeper into your breath. Your bones and into that quiet space within. Bye. Bore. 3 2. One. Cast yourself out into the field. Where you are back, Having just stepped out of the cave. Here on the other side in this field the air is lighter The horizon is wide and expansive. It looks as though the world has been washed clean with a giant sponge. Everything is just a little. Writer. Softer. More easeful. Look down at your feet and you notice that you are standing in soft, Lush grass. There is a quiet readiness. That begins to rise up from your feet. Flowing through the essence of your whole body. There is a sense that something is ready to rise. As this essence moves all the way up it comes to rest gently behind your heart you begin to notice a tingling along your spine and a soft hum beneath your skin. As this hum grows a little louder your energy body begins to glow and vibrate. There's a luminous outline, A shimmering double. Where a version of you that's made entirely of light begins to appear. And step forward. Your light body slowly detaches itself from your physical form. It steps forward just enough for you to see it. This is the part of you that remembers the way home. It turns towards the sky. And reaches back towards you, Inviting you to follow. You feel your physical body begin to grow lighter as your chest lifts and your breath deepens. You look down at your feet once more and you realize that you are rising. The field beneath you begins to drift away. And in your next breath, Clouds begin to gather around your legs, Your waist, And your shoulders Your energy body continues to lead you up higher. Higher my child, Up higher you hear. Through layers of sky and clouds, Their soft currents of colors Higher and higher you climb. Until the clouds part. And you enter into a realm of pure luminosity. As you arrive at the sanctuary of inner sky. You notice that the air glows different here. This is the place where Spirit is not something that you reach for but something you stand inside of. Your energy body stands before you. Radiant. Steady and sure. It points, And you look in the direction that it's pointing. And you see white. And a presence begins to form. It may be soft at first. A silhouette. The shimmer. Of war. In as it moves closer it becomes clearer Your light body tells you that this is a guide. The Guardian. A spirit who has walked with you long before this moment. They step forward and you notice that their light is gentle and their presence familiar. You instantly know this is one of your guides. And they have been waiting for you to rise high enough to hear them. Without distortion. Without fear. And without the noise of the world. As they stand before you and you take in all of their radiance. Your heart open. You and your energy body standing there as one. Luminous being. You ask your guide, What message do you have for me? You let the guidance land in your body and settle in your bones. Is there anything else I need to know? What else? You take one more moment here with your guide and you thank them. For their time and their energy and their wisdom. Your guide reaches down and places a small blessing in your hand. And you look down to see what you've been given and you hold it close bringing it to your heart. You say your goodbyes for this moment. As your guide steps away. Your energy body merges back into you, Into your chest into your spine, Into your crown. And in this moment, You feel whole. And holy. You and your energy body begin to descend back down through the clouds your energy body guiding. Gently towards the earth with your feet safely on the ground. Your spirit resting fully inside of you. The return of trust. Of hope. And maybe a little light and softness. Your soul has risen. Your energy body softened and lightened. Your journey continues onward and upward.
