I'm going to help you move from fear to freedom.
And the best way to do that is to begin to recognize when you have had a fearful thought or a limiting belief has surfaced in your daily life.
And the best way to do that is to become aware of and sensitive to your body.
Because what happens is you have a fearful thought or some anxiety or doubt about something or someone and your body reacts.
Your body knows what you're thinking and it translates it into physical form.
So your body can be the portal back to that limiting thought.
It can lead you back to that place where you may have gone off track or may have thought something you really shouldn't have thought.
So listen to your body.
I know with me when I'm fearful or doubtful or thinking negative thoughts my shoulders will tense,
My stomach will clench,
And my jaw gets rock-hard.
And all those things prevent me from showing up authentically and real from living as a heart dancer.
So that's why it's so important to start recognizing when your body has been triggered and then going backwards from that trigger to see what that limiting thought was or belief that that set that whole energetic process in motion.
And that's the point of this particular meditation.
We're going to take one of your limiting or fearful thoughts and shift it.
So if you would as you get ready to meditate get comfortable and make sure you're not going to be disturbed and think of something or someone who has been upsetting you or bothering you.
It doesn't matter.
Just something or someone that you know if you see them again or that situation happens again that you're going to feel that anxiety or fear or even anger.
All of those emotions are based in fearful thoughts,
Limiting thoughts.
So once you have that thing or person and I'm going to call this your pain point.
Once you have that pain point we'll go ahead and get started.
So I'll give you just a moment.
Okay.
So let's close our eyes and take in a long,
Slow,
Deep breath and hold it at the top and then release.
And let's do that again.
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in and release.
And on this third breath go ahead and breathe in deeply and hold it and start to see your body relaxing.
Feel your hands relax.
Feel your hips rest gently in the chair on the floor.
Feel the soles of your feet as they connect with the floor and try to identify the four corners of each foot and feel those wiggle your toes.
And so continue to breathe and as your body is relaxing you visualize a stream of golden light and it starts from above your head way up from the heavens and drops down through the top of your head and down along your spine until it reaches your tailbone where it exits into the earth and grounds itself in the center of the earth.
You are now connected to your divine essence.
This light,
This energy,
This shimmering,
Effervescent light is now filling you starting at the top of your head and moving downward through your face and jaw,
Down your neck,
Into both shoulders,
Down each arm,
Into your torso and chest,
Through your heart.
It is so magnified in your heart and it continues to move down through the rest of your lower body and down through each leg and the points of contact where your body touches the chair,
That's where the light anchors to the earth.
So you are now so secured and so embraced with this light,
With this love,
That we can now move into the next stage of this process.
So think of the pain point,
Think of the person or situation that you've had negative thoughts or beliefs about and take that person or thing or situation and create something.
Move it out,
See it first as a ball of energy and then move that ball of energy outside of yourself and visualize yourself holding it either in one hand or both hands and look at this pain point.
Can you see the color?
Can you see the texture?
Can you see what shape it is?
Does it feel heavy or light?
Just take a moment and observe this pain point.
Don't make any judgments about it,
Just notice it and notice that once you've moved it out of your body,
This energy is just that.
This pain point is just energy and you created that energy as a pain point.
You turned that energy that was part of you into something that makes you play small and that's what we want to change and shift because it's still just energy and as the light continues to pour in from your head through your crown chakra and down your spine and it infuses all the cells of your body,
You are alive with this loving light and as it travels down your arm to your hand to your pain point,
It circles it and engulfs it with this beautiful shimmering effervescent light and you feel the change.
You can feel the change as your pain point is alchemized and it's just again energy but the meaning that you've given it has now changed and has gone back to being integrated with who you are and you are this shimmering light.
You are connected to something so much bigger than you.
Take a deep breath in.
That feels so good doesn't it?
So now take this ball of energy and we're not going to call it your pain point anymore.
If it truly has shifted and alchemized,
It has now become your creation point and take a moment and look at it and observe it and what's the shape now?
What's the color?
What's the texture?
Does it feel lighter or heavier?
How has it changed and do you like this change?
And if you do,
Play with your creation point because this is also the same energy that you're made of and this energy you can take and expand and grow and evolve and use for so many people's benefits as well as your own.
This energy,
This creation point is yours.
So as you play with it and as you love it,
Be sure the light is still coming in through the crown of your head and that you're still anchored and say to the creation point,
Thank you.
Give it your gratitude and love and then when you're ready,
Take that point,
That ball of energy and put it back inside you and it will find its place.
It will find rest in your energy field and whenever you feel that you're stuck or that the creation is just not happening,
Think of this creation point that we've just made and integrate it back into your body and the light is still pouring in.
It's still bathing all of you including this creation point in loving shimmering light.
So as you sit with this and feel the goodness,
Feel the vibration,
Feel the power,
Take a few moments and see what comes up for you.
Now we're about to leave the light,
But it really is with you.
So take a long slow deep breath in and then release and you've now integrated the shimmering loving effervescent light into your very being and you now have a new creation point.
As you come back into your body and into the present moment,
Know that you can come back to this meditation over and over to change any pain point into a new creation point and that is where your freedom lies.
That is where your genius is.
That is who you are supposed to be and what you're supposed to do.
Create.
Be the creator you were born to be.
