Settle into your meditation position and release any tension from your body.
Breathe deeply and know you are here to call in the energy of the Divine Feminine.
She has always been with you,
But you have forgotten her in the presence of your heart.
Let us begin.
Meditation Repeat after me.
I am ready to remember her within me.
I release the fear of being fully seen,
Fully felt,
Fully free.
Divine Feminine Beloved presence of love and creation.
Move through me now.
Breathe and let her rise from the base of your spine like a wave,
Like honey,
Like fire.
Visualize her energy as a soft luminous light,
Moonlight on roses,
The light of the moon on the ocean,
Whatever your body knows as feminine truth.
Ask your body,
How does she want to move through me?
Wait in stillness for the answer.
Notice if any memories or tension rise as you call forth Divine Feminine Energy.
Witness it and welcome it because it is the doorway to your awakening.
Ask yourself,
Where in my body do I feel a sense of hiding,
Contraction or protection?
Let your attention rest there and place your hand on that area if it feels right.
Breathe into that space of your body that holds resistance,
Fear and doubt.
Imagine your breath is the energy that dissolves the dense place where fear has settled.
See the dense energy begin to break apart and dissolve like water with oil poured into it.
A radiant light emerges as the water and breaks the oil droplets into smaller and smaller pieces until they no longer have any shape or form and they have returned to their original essence,
Which is the water.
Take one more breath in that area of your body and feel and see your body release the fear.
It is gone.
Now repeat after me.
I forgive myself for believing I had to hide you to be loved.
I forgive myself for forgetting how holy you are.
I don't have to carry this anymore.
I welcome you back into wholeness.
Visualize this part of you being gently held in your love's embrace.
If tears rise,
Allow them to cleanse.
If stillness comes,
Let it settle.
Now,
Ask your body,
What am I ready to release now that no longer serves my becoming?
You may sense a weight,
A tension,
A thought,
Or more dense energy.
Place your hands over this area and take several deep breaths on the exhale imagining the release of what no longer serves you.
And then say,
I release this now with love.
Thank you for serving me.
You are free to go.
Visualize the energy dissolving into the light and becoming one with all source energy.
Breathe into that area of your body and as you exhale,
See and feel the transformation.
Now,
You will integrate this release into knowing you are healed.
Place both hands over your heart and breathe gently while repeating after me.
I reclaim all parts of me in love.
I am whole.
I am worthy.
I am free.
I am the embodiment of forgiveness,
Truth,
And radiant presence.
Take a deep breath in and feel the energy of these words settle in your heart and soul.
And now that you have released,
It's time to again invite the Divine Feminine into your cleared energy.
Feel her presence as you say to yourself,
Divine Feminine,
Beloved Presence of Love and Creation,
Move through me now.
Imagine a golden thread lifting you up from the crown.
Your spine is regal.
Your heart is wide open.
You feel the frequency of being a lighthouse,
Rooted,
Radiant,
And unwavering in the light of love.

I no longer play small.
I no longer dim my light to fit within the fear of others.
I am the embodiment of love's power,
Soft,
Vast,
Unshakable.
I stand in my light not for attention but as a signal of truth.
Feel the energy rising like an inner throne is being reclaimed.
Ask,
What expression wants to flow from me as I let go of fear?
Imagine the answer.
What are you here to create?
What are you here to allow the Divine Feminine to create through you?
Let your body receive the answer.
There is nothing for you to do now,
Only to allow.
And as you breathe this truth in,
Say to yourself,
I allow Grace to move me.
I allow her to lead.
I trust the path of ease.
