Grand Risings and welcome to your brand new day.
I want you to close your eyes to begin and get settled into your space.
Taking slow,
Intentional,
And deep breaths into the body.
Inhaling in through your nose where the belly balloons and fills completely with breath.
And the exhales out of your mouth and the belly empties completely.
And find a rhythm of breath here that feels gentle and soothing.
We're going to receive wisdom from our future self today.
So I want you to imagine that this is the end of the day.
And I want you to envision the version of you that stands there at the end of your day.
Having lived a beautifully aligned,
Creative,
And gentle day.
Notice how they feel.
Can you see it in their breath?
Can you see it in their body?
Can you see it in their energy?
There is something so wise and grounded about this future version of you.
Begin to gently step closer to this version of you in the future.
And simply ask,
What made today feel this way?
And then let the answer come simply,
Without force.
Maybe it's a simple word or just a feeling transmitted between you two.
Or a small piece of guidance about the day.
Can you allow it to be simple and not complicated?
Now imagine this version of you holding out their hands for you to place your hands into theirs.
And this future version of you sending you the energy from their day.
And slowly allow this energy to absorb into your body.
And into this present moment.
Let the energy settle into your chest.
Into your jaw.
Into your breath.
You don't have to figure out the whole day right now.
You can allow yourself to carry this energy forward.
One breath at a time.
You step through this day with that energy.
The only thing you need to do is carry this energy with you throughout your day.
Take a deep breath to root into your intention.
And anchor yourself into that future version right now.
