But I invite you to try doing this while looking at yourself in the mirror.
These are affirmations for self love and strength.
We'll begin by taking a deep breath into your nose as your lips are sealed.
Filling all the way up with your breath.
And as you exhale,
Releasing the tongue from the roof of your mouth.
Another deep breath in,
Belly fills,
Chest fills.
And as you exhale,
Soften your shoulders down your back.
Maybe with a gentle smile on your face,
Repeat these out loud to yourself.
I am resilient.
I am powerful.
I use my power to spread love.
I am worthy.
I take up space.
I create loving boundaries.
I am powerful in my softness.
I am safe in my body.
I trust myself.
I trust my intuition.
I am worthy of healthy relationships.
