We begin to gently lift and release.

We are creating space for deep peace.

Settle your body deeply where you are.

Feel the support beneath you and exhale,

Softening your jaw and shoulders.

You are safe here.

Thought loops or external energies.

As you exhale,

Send that collected energy gently down and out.

Release is ease.

Your energy field is clean,

Bright,

And clear.
