Welcome,

Dear one.

I am so grateful you have chosen this moment to pause and recalibrate.

As the air grows still,

Let this be your invitation to release a horizontal movement of the day and begin the vertical descent into peace.

You have navigated much and now the earth is ready to rise up and meet you.

You are safe to let go.

You are held in a field of total sublimation.

There is a profound stability that lives just beneath the surface of the mind's busy hum.

Often we find ourselves floating in the static of what is next,

Forgetting the ancient strength of our own roots.

Today we journey into the medicine of the earth to anchor your spirit and settle your nervous system into a state of deep rhythmic grace.

We use the frequency of emerald and ruby to draw the excess energy down from the thoughts and into the heavy,

Peaceful architecture of the body.

If you happen to have a piece of emerald or ruby stone,

Or maybe both,

I invite you now to place them in one or both of your hands.

You can also substitute any solid green or red stone that you like.

This is your moment of absolute stability.

Feel the points of contact between your body and the surface beneath you.

With every exhale,

Imagine you are becoming slightly heavier,

More substantial.

See a pulse of ruby light at the very base of your spine,

The root of your being.

From this point,

Imagine thick,

Golden roots traveling down through the floor,

Through the bedrock,

Deep into the warm,

Glowing center of the earth.

You are now synchronized with the planet's own heartbeat.

The door to your inner vault is open and it is paved with cool green.

Still,

Step into the stillness.

We begin the sacred movement of awareness.

As I name a part of your body,

Imagine a drop of cool emerald light landing there,

Instantly soothing and grounding that space.

Bring your attention to the right hand thumb,

First finger,

Second finger,

The upper arm,

The shoulder,

The right side of the waist,

The heel,

The sole of the right foot.

Feel the entire right side of the body saturated.

First finger,

The left side of the waist,

The heel,

The sole of the left foot.

Feel the entire left side of the body heavy and the right cheek,

The jaw soft and relaxed.

And lose the throat,

Center of the chest,

The solar plexus.

The entire body is now a landscape of deep green light,

Unshakable and exquisitely still.

Back to your solar plexus,

Visualize a sun of golden amber.

This is your center of power and calm.

As you breathe,

This amber light expands thick warm shield around your entire physical form.

This is your sanctuary of sovereignty.

Within this glow,

Your breath is slow and your heart is steady.

You are protected by the weight of your own presence.

Feel this amber warmth sealing your energy in a state of quiet,

Radiant strength.

The journey begins to fold back into the physical.

Feel the earth core anchor gently tugging at your roots,

Reminding you that you are a part of the earth itself.

You are returning to the room,

A mountain-like stillness of the earth back with you.

Place both hands over your low belly.

Thank your body for its wisdom and its ability to find its way back to center.

Thank the earth for its constant silent support.

May you sleep in the embrace of the deep.

May your rest be as solid as stone and as fluid as water.

Thank you for practicing with me today.

May you wake with a spirit that is anchored,

Clear,

And ready for the light.

You are steady.

You are strong.

You are perfectly placed within your own light.
