Welcome to Yoni Breathing.
I'm your guide,
Lauren,
And I invite you to find a comfortable position.
This can be lying down or sitting up,
Whatever is most comfortable for you.
You can close your eyes if that feels good.
And I invite you to begin turning your attention inward,
Taking a few slow,
Deep breaths,
Bringing all of yourself back to your body.
Every inhale and exhale,
Allowing your body to settle deeper and deeper,
Bringing all of your awareness into your body.
Begin by noticing the sensations of the surface beneath you.
Notice how your body is held and supported in this moment.
Feeling all of your presence and attention inside your body,
Noticing the sensations alive for you here,
Without judgment,
Simply witnessing,
Feeling what is alive for you in this moment.
I invite you to begin connecting with your Yoni.
Begin connecting with your entire feminine center,
Your perineum,
Your vaginal canal and womb.
All of your feminine pleasure centers are beginning to come online.
Sending all of your awareness to the sensations here.
No judgment,
Just witness.
What does it feel like in this area of my body?
Maybe there's warmth or tingling or buzzing or maybe there's nothing at all.
It's all perfect.
As this connection is being formed and you're bringing your awareness to the sensations within your Yoni,
I invite you to begin sending your breath to this area of your body.
Relaxed jaw,
Breathe in through the nose and out the mouth or in through the mouth and out through the mouth,
Whatever is most comfortable for you.
Opening and releasing your jaw and throat on the inhale and exhale.
Keeping your attention on your Yoni.
It's as if the inhales and the exhales are coming in and out of your pelvis.
Feeling as if your Yoni is inhaling as you inhale.
Slowly moving the breathing up through the Yoni,
The canal,
Your womb,
All the way to the top of your head.
And on the exhale,
Dropping down,
Moving through your pelvis,
Out of your Yoni.
Releasing through the lips and into the earth.
Noticing the sensations as you inhale and exhale out of your Yoni.
I invite you to draw out the inhales and the exhales.
And as you do this,
Notice the sensations that it evokes.
Slowly drawing the inhale from the base of your pelvis up through your center,
Up,
Up,
Up to the crown of your head.
And on the exhale,
Allowing the warm honey-like drip drop down your entire body.
Exhaling and releasing out your Yoni back into the seat below you and into the earth.
Extending the inhales and exhales just a little bit longer here.
And now I invite you to allow for a brief pause at the top of your inhale and a brief pause at the end of your exhale,
Just for a moment.
Suspending the moments in between the inhale and exhales.
Nice,
Long,
Extended inhale and pause.
Feeling the sensations.
And then a nice,
Long,
Extended exhale,
Pausing,
Feeling the sensations.
Taking a few more rounds at your own pace,
Really noticing and savoring the sensations of the pause.
On your next inhale,
Add a gentle squeeze of your Yoni,
Beginning at the base of your perineum,
The beginning of your vaginal canal,
All the way up to your womb.
Slowly squeezing the tissues of this area.
Squeezing and pulling up.
It's almost as if all of the muscles of your pelvic bowl,
Of your Yoni,
Are helping you inhale.
Move up through your body,
Pausing at the top.
And on the exhale,
Releasing your pelvic diaphragm,
Your lower belly,
Releasing all of the tension and fully relaxing and releasing on the exhale.
Relaxing your jaw.
Inhaling and squeezing and pulling up your pelvic floor,
Pulling up from your womb space,
Following the inhale all the way to the top of your head,
Pausing here for a moment to savor the sensations,
And exhaling,
Dropping,
Releasing,
Relaxing as your breath moves back down into your Yoni.
Letting all of that energy and pausing on the exhale,
Noticing the sensations,
Continuing at your own rhythm and pace.
Continuing the slow,
Long,
Deep breath,
Squeezing slowly up,
Up,
Up as you come to the pause at the top of your head.
And again,
Pausing at the exhale,
Staying aware of your sensations.
Do three more rounds just like that.
Really go for it.
Really feeling that breath coming up through your Yoni,
Squeezing up from your pelvis,
Your womb,
Pausing at the top,
And exhaling,
Releasing your pelvic floor,
Your lower belly,
Fully allowing your breath to melt even deeper into your Yoni.
When you've finished your third round,
Allow yourself to come to a relaxed breath.
Letting go of all of your muscles,
Really melting into the sensations here,
Noticing what it feels like now inside of your pelvis,
Sensing any sensations or pleasure that this may have created within you.
And now bringing your attention to your entire body.
How does your body feel now?
What did Yoni breathing evoke in your system?
Letting yourself really savor this sweet spot and integrate the experience.
And you can do that by taking one hand and cupping over your pelvis,
Sending an energetic,
Loving thank you to your Yoni,
Your womb.
Slowly coming back to your body and the space around you.
Taking as much time as you need.
And if it feels good to you,
Maybe taking some time to note how you feel now after those sensations you experienced.
This concludes our practice.
Thank you.
Namaste.
