Welcome to the love,
Safety,
And belonging embodiment meditation.
And just as you're finding your space and getting settled,
I just wanted to explain a bit about what this embodiment exercise might feel like and what to expect as we journey into these three different sensations of love,
Safety,
And belonging within the body.
This is a very simple,
Yet very powerful meditation,
Which supports you to strengthen your ability to choose to experience love,
Safety,
And belonging within your body.
And you can do this meditation seated or lying down.
And you're going to begin by asking yourself where and how you feel love in your body.
And you're going to allow that sensation to build.
And you'll repeat the same questions and processes with the element of safety and the element of belonging.
And if you struggle to feel love,
Safety,
Or belonging in your body now,
You can instead ask yourself where you felt these things in the past and how you experienced it then.
And if you can't remember a time when you have felt these things before,
I want you to really imagine a situation in which you know that you are loved,
That you are safe,
Or that you belong.
And the key is to find out what these feel like inside of your body,
To notice what sensations go with them,
And to ultimately fill your body with these sensations of love,
Safety,
And belonging.
In these practices,
You create a space in between these old belief systems and create a space in your body for a new truth and a new reality to take form.
And so finding yourself in a comfortable position,
Again,
This can be lying down,
This can be seated,
Just dropping into your body and feeling your body connected to the surface beneath you,
Knowing that you are held by Mother Earth,
Knowing that you are held by a greater force of love always.
And to open yourself up to receive anything that might come through,
Any resistance,
Any frustrations,
Anything you might feel in this practice,
Just allow it to be there.
And so begin by attuning to your breath,
Just becoming aware of the inhales and the exhales like tides to an ocean,
The ebbs and the flows,
Really settling in here,
Dropping deeper and deeper into the present moment,
Into the sensations of your body.
And we're going to begin by dropping into your body and feeling love,
Feeling the energy of love,
Feeling your bones,
Feeling your blood.
You are love,
Infinite love.
And noticing what are the sensations of love in your body?
Where can you feel this love?
What is the experience of love inside of your body?
And wherever you are feeling it inside of your body,
Notice if you can raise the intensity so that you can experience love in a more intense way.
And now seeing if you can expand this experience of love throughout your entire body.
So every cell of your body is this love,
Every cell of your whole energy field surrounding your body is filled with love.
Feel into that,
Expand into that.
Know that the cells of your body are love.
And now finding the part of your body that knows,
I am loved.
I am loved.
And letting that part of you strengthen,
Become more powerful by focusing your attention on it,
By turning up the dial on it,
Really expanding that awareness of I am loved as a feeling,
As an experience,
As a sensation.
Staying connected to your breath here.
Every inhale,
Feeling I am loved in your body.
Every exhale,
I am loved.
Allowing that experience to spread throughout your entire body so that you feel I am loved within your bones,
Within your cells,
Within your blood,
Your entire energy body of I am loved.
And now feeling safety within your body.
Where do you feel safe within your body?
Noticing the sensations,
The emotions,
And the experience of safety within your body.
And once you discover this feeling of safety,
I want you to turn up the dial on this feeling of safety.
Can you let it become stronger,
More empowered,
More intense within your body?
Safety.
Safety.
Feeling your body relax even deeper into this safety net that you are creating within the sensations of your body.
Allowing this safety to overcome you.
I am safe.
I am safe.
Allow this essence to spread through your entire body.
Allow it to penetrate your bones,
Your blood,
Your organs,
Your energy field.
I am safe.
I am safe.
And keep focusing on safety.
Safety.
Safety.
Safety.
And now I invite you to find in your body where you know you belong.
A feeling of belonging.
What does belonging feel like in your body?
What are the sensations,
The emotions,
The experience of knowing that you belong?
Where is that alive for you in your body?
Finding this feeling of belonging and turning up the volume on belonging.
Allow it to intensify,
Become more powerful within you.
Where in your body can you expand the sensation of belonging?
Allowing this belonging to spread through your bones,
Through your blood,
Through every cell of your being.
Let this feeling of belonging land deeply in your organs and your energy body.
I belong.
Feel what that feels like to know that you belong just as you are.
Just as you are,
You belong.
Allowing your body to relax even deeper into this sensation of belonging.
Knowing that you belong just as you are.
I want you to begin to notice any residue that you might have kicked up inside of your body.
Any resistance,
Anything going on inside of you that maybe isn't so sure or doesn't really want this love,
Safety,
Or belonging,
That doesn't really feel like she feels this love,
That she can feel safety,
Or that she belongs.
And embrace that part of her.
Hold that part of yourself with compassion and let her know that you are welcome here too.
You have space.
And to allow this new vibrational imprint to settle into your body even deeper,
Let your body begin to move and shake,
Maybe stretching,
Sounding,
Moving your body intuitively however it wants to move.
Whatever feels authentic for you right now,
Let yourself release and relax into this new vibrational imprint of love,
Safety,
And belonging.
