Hello my dear friend,

Welcome to Bubbles of Bliss,

A meditation to help you return home to your body,

To your senses and to this very moment.

Let yourself settle into stillness,

No need to do anything at all,

Just be.

Get comfortable wherever you are seating,

Laying down and gently close your eyes.

Now imagine yourself walking into a serene bathroom filled with the scent of vanilla bean and rich mahogany,

Warm light glows against purple,

Orange and gold tiles as the tub is finishing to fill it up with water,

Lower yourself slowly into the warm water,

Feeling it wrap gently around you,

You feel the bubbles and the steam as they rise up from the bathtub,

You are settled,

You are comfortable and you are home.

Now take a slow breath in and an even slower breath out,

Feel the breath ripple through your body like water through a stream,

Another breath in as you breathe in the rich scents that are easy on your nose but very fulfilling and enriching and release any tension that you've been holding in your body for that very day,

Nothing exists but now.

Now start at the top of your head where your crown is and soften it,

Just gently feel your presence there,

Don't do too much,

Just simple awareness.

Notice as the area gently softens as you bring your attention to it,

Let's move down,

Soften your forehead,

Relax your eyebrows,

An area where we unconsciously clench up,

Tense up throughout the day,

Let it relax,

Breathe in,

Release,

Come down to your jaw and unclench it,

Any tightness,

Rigidity,

Let it go,

To your shoulders or neck and feel your presence,

The very essence of you in this moment,

Feel the water gently on your skin as we go now below,

You feel your arms resting weightlessly beneath the surface,

Feel both your right arm and your left arm,

Letting your breath find its own rhythm like the water that is surrounding you and as you let go of the tension through your breath,

Let go of the weight of the day,

In,

Into your chest,

Relax your heart center and breathe in,

Into your belly,

Breathe in,

To your hips,

Pelvis,

Let go of anything you've been storing there,

Anything from the day,

Down to your feet,

Breathe in and let go,

You're floating,

Relaxed in this very moment,

Now still in the bathtub,

You look outside you and you see beautiful streaks of the sunset color shimmer on the towels,

Dancing from the sunset,

With each breath in,

You smell and take in the grounding blend of mahogany,

Earthly,

Rich,

And the soft sweetness of vanilla mixes in with the mahogany as they gently collide and wrap around your senses,

The air is still warm,

Welcoming,

You are relaxed in your body,

This is your sanctuary,

Gently take it all in,

No need to rush,

The only thing you need to experience is here,

Right now,

Feel the warmness across your chest,

Across your body,

The gentle tingling,

As you breathe in,

Imagine a bubble rising up from the water,

Inside it,

Peace,

Calm,

Light,

And as you breathe out,

The bubble gently,

Releasing the stillness from your chest,

Your shoulders,

And your belly,

In,

The bubble,

Calm,

Light,

And imagine it gently,

Release,

Now,

Simply rest,

No effort,

Let yourself float in this space,

Surrounded by bubbles of bliss,

No past,

No future,

Just this breath,

This body,

Now,

Gently bring yourself,

Gently bring your awareness back to your breath,

Back to the feeling of your body,

Back to the feeling that you're in,

Wriggle your fingers,

And when you're ready,

Slowly,

Lovingly,

The bathtub gently drains away,

When you get out,

To your warm bathroom floor,

Feeling full in your body,

Rejuvenated,

And peaceful,

Carry this feeling with you,

As you go back,

Into your day,

Remember that you always have it within you,

Every single moment,

This tranquility,

This peace,

Is always there,

Right within you,

Enjoy these bubbles of bliss,

Throughout your day,

And thank yourself,

Deeply,

Lovingly,

And kindly,

For taking this time,

To be with yourself,

And for meditating with me,
