Welcome to the wild alchemy guided meditation of Aistis,
Summer.
Please do not drive or operate machinery whilst you listen.
Instead,
Make yourself comfortable with pillows and blankets,
Sitting or lying down.
When you are ready.
Close your eyes.
And begin to breathe gently,
Hand on your heart if you wish.
In.
.
.
And out.
.
.
In and out.
And.
.
.
And out.
I invite you to open your inner vision and let your journey into the wild unknown continue.
You are sitting once again in a darkened theater.
The stage before you is hidden by soft curtains,
The color of deep red strawberries.
As you watch the curtains are quietly drawn back to reveal the immense hexagonal window.
Through this portal you glimpse sunlight and flowers.
Step through.
You find yourself in a garden,
Sheltered by willow and rowan and birch.
It is golden hour on a warm summer evening.
The garden is full of winding pathways and arbors.
The air is heavy with the sweet fragrance of jasmine and rose.
Breathe in their perfume.
Let it fill up your senses.
The sweet delights of the garden beckon.
Begin to wander barefoot on soft grass.
There is magic.
In the air.
Peonies and pansies vibrate with colour.
Daisies turn yellow hearts to the sun.
Magenta roses speak of nurture and love.
Honeysuckle of the sweetness of life.
Here is contentment.
Here is peace.
Here is ease.
Here is joy.
Here is love.
Breathe it all in.
Live and be.
Somewhere you hear soft waters flow.
Follow the sound to Aphrodite's arbor.
Here is a fountain.
Sending a fine haze to cool the heated air.
Trail your fingers through its corners.
Stare into the depths.
Reflect upon the depths within you.
Please,
Live,
Be Release any limitation,
Any doubt.
Be everything and anything you wish to be.
Breathe,
Let be.
And now choose a pathway,
Wander on to patches of summer berries waiting to pleasure your tongue.
Lusciousness,
Sweetness and delight.
Breathe and let be.
Nowhere else to be.
Nothing else to do.
Breathe,
Let be.
Soft grasses invites you to lie down.
Smell its earthiness as it crushes beneath you.
Summer air kisses every part of you.
Enjoy this summer laden pause,
Let heaviness settle into your limbs.
Breathe,
Live,
Be.
Your body softens,
Luxuriates.
Let life ripen within you.
Let it wash over you.
You become brimful with luscious sweetness.
Sense the vitality of this time until you are full to bursting.

B What is ripening within you?
What are your truths?
What brings you to laughter?
And to tears.
Sense the river of life within you.
Listen to the song of the air.
Breathe,
Let be.
Listen to the stories carried by the birds,
By bee hum,
By tree rustle,
By wind song,
By water flow.
Hear the truths of the oneness of all.
Breathe,
Live,
Be.
Celebrate this culmination.
Sink into deliciousness.
Connect with the earthiness of summer living.
Become one with this moment with us.
Her body,
Her warmth enfolds you.
Breathe,
Let be.
Let summer's sweet rich heady songs sing to your soul.
Breathe,
Live,
Be.
Bye!
And now time to return,
Begin the journey back.
Step through the window to the earthly domain.
Take your place once again in the shadowy theatre.
The curtains softly fall,
Gentle lights glow.
Feel your feet on the ground.
Move your fingers and touch.
Stretch and yawn.
Become aware of the seat beneath you.
Breathe in and out.
In and out.
In and out.
Now open your eyes and be here.
Carry the memory of the sweetness,
The taste of strawberries on your tongue,
Of deep connection to unity and earth,
Of softening ease,
Of summer warmth with you on through the year to delight any winter dark to come.
As we receive,
So we give.
And remember.
To breathe,
Live,
Be.
And now let the adventure into the wild unknown of your life continue.
