Welcome to the Wild Alchemy Guided Meditation of Koveram Terra,
The Earth's Blossoming Heart.

We will begin with a short period of candle gazing known as Tritaka.
If you have not already done so,
Please light your candle and then gaze into the flame.
Breathe gently,
Hand on your heart if you wish.

And now close your eyes.
Notice how the flame continues to dance on your vision.
I invite you to let your journey into the wild unknown.
It is time to open your inner vision.
You are sitting once again in a darkened theatre.
The stage before you is hidden by the soft folds of deep magenta curtains.
As you watch,
The curtains are quietly drawn back to reveal an immense hexagonal window.
Through this portal,
You glimpse a leafy pathway beckoning to you.
Step through the portal onto this little travelled pathway.
The pathway winds between ancient sacred trees,
Oak and birch and beech,
Hugged around with ivy,
Fungi and moss.
Follow the pathway,
Sensing the wisdom and protection all around you of these standing people.
Wild garlic spreads its snowy heads amongst thorny brambles,
Uncurling ferns and nettles.
The light is dappled and soft.
Here and there,
Your pathway is blocked by fallen branches.
Scramble over or find a way around.
These words are old,
Untouched by time.
The Workaday world has no place here.
This is a place of deep peace and deeper listening.
That's cool.
A butterfly alights in a patch of warm sunlight.
Somewhere you hear a woodpecker beating out the world's time.
You Ahead of you is a small clearing and the entrance to a cave guarded by a rowan tree.
Peering inside the cave,
You see a sitting circle of stones,
Ranged around a fire pit,
Ready laid and inviting.
Touch a match to the waiting wood,
Take a seat and begin to watch the flames dance.
Now close your eyes and become still It is time to journey into the cave of your being.
What buried treasures will you rediscover here?
Lay a hand upon your heart and begin to listen to the beat of the rhythm of life.

Feel the heartbeat of the earth resonate up through your feet.
Allow your heartbeat to slow to align with hers.
What do you find in the rhythm?

You Rest in the stillness of this place.

Flood yourselves with compassion and grace.

And now almost time to return.
First truth,
Just one treasure to take with you.
The most precious one.
Then ascend the offered staircase back to the cave and the outer world.
Extinguish the fire and leave the cave,
Offering blessings for your gift.
Follow the pathway back through the ancient woods back to the everyday world Step through the window to the earthly domain.
Take your place once again in the shadowy theatre.
The curtain softly falls,
Gentle lights flash.
Feel your feet on the ground Move your fingers and toes.
Strand.
And your home.
Become aware of the seat beneath you.
Breathe.
It.
And out in.
Oh.
End.
When you open your eyes and be here,
Take the remembrance of all that you are with you.
Allow yourself to blossom for all to see.

The art of offering gratitude for the hidden blessings already on their way.
