Inner light protection practice.
Take a moment to get comfortable.
Be where you need to be,
Whether you're sitting down,
Standing,
Laying down,
Or in movement.
This is a practice that can be done anytime,
Anywhere,
Any day,
Any night,
Multiple times a day,
As often as you need.
It can take as long as you need,
Or it can be done in an instant.
Take a second just to be aware of your body,
Aware of your energy field,
Aware of the space that you are in,
And taking a few deep breaths on your own time.
It might feel good to place a hand over your heart and your stomach as you breathe to feel into your body.
Just noticing and observing how you feel right here,
Right now,
Without changing it,
Without any judgment,
Just noticing,
Just observing.
How is your body feeling?
How is your mind and your emotion?
How is your energy and your spiritual field feeling?
Tune in,
And if you find you have a hard time tuning in,
That is okay.
Just focus on your breath.
If you feel called,
Take a moment to invite in any beings of the highest love and light,
The archangels,
Ancestors,
Galactic council,
Spirit guides,
Any deities,
Any being or beings that you feel called to invite into the space,
Unicorns and the dragons,
To help ignite,
Shield,
And protect this light that we are about to invite in.
When you feel ready,
Begin to sense,
Feel,
See,
Understand,
Or know that there is a bright light beginning to twinkle and glitter from your heart center.
This is your own sovereign light.
As you breathe,
Feel this light expanding over your heart space,
Knowing that there is no harm that can be done in this light.
This is a pure light from your own center.
Feel this light expanding above and below your heart space,
Passing to your throat and below to your solar plexus,
This orb or diamond of light.
Feel it surrounding,
Expanding,
And growing with each breath.
With your next breath,
Feeling this light expanding up to your third eye,
Center in your forehead,
And down to your sacral around your pelvis.
Feeling this light glittering with its love,
Dazzling and shimmering.
As you breathe,
Feeling this light expanding even bigger,
Passing through the top of your head and your crown all the way down to the root and expanding beyond your feet and your legs.
Feeling this orb,
This diamond,
This bubble,
This shield of light surrounding from above your head to beneath your feet,
Expanding as you breathe.
Soon,
You begin to understand,
Know,
Observe,
Visualize,
Trust,
See,
Witness another bright light coming up from the sky,
From the heavens,
From above your head,
Pouring down over you and this light,
Meeting the light from your soul,
This cosmic light from above.
Maybe it has a color or two.
Feel it glittering and surrounding the light from your soul,
Merging and protecting and shielding your energy fields.
Feeling this cosmic light amplifying your protection,
Knowing that you are safe here,
Knowing that nothing can infiltrate,
Poke through,
Sneak around,
Creep in,
Or break this shield,
This bubble,
This diamond of light around you.
This light only invites in high vibrational love,
Authenticity,
Peace,
Unity,
Harmony,
Truth of the highest love and light,
And only you are able to welcome in whatever energies you would like into this energy field.
If you feel called,
You can expand this light around the room that you are in,
Around your home or your space,
Or you may feel content just having it around your auric field.
Maybe you take time to send this light across the entire globe,
Extending this protection across your country and your continent,
Across the oceans,
The rivers,
The mountains,
The clouds,
And the atmosphere.
It is up to you.
When you feel ready,
Take a few deep breaths to come back into the space,
And if your eyes were closed,
Softly and gently blinking them open with a smile,
Having a moment of gratitude for the beings that came in,
For the cosmic light above,
And the light within your soul for taking time to protect you,
Saying thank you to your higher self,
And say thanks to yourself for taking the time to shield your energy today.
