Find yourself in a comfortable position.
Letting any noises around you help you relax deeper and further into this meditation,
Into yourself.
Whether you're sitting,
Standing,
Or laying down.
Take a few stretches just to release any extra tension that you might be holding in your body.
And release it as you exhale.
Coming into the present here and now moment,
Knowing there is nowhere else you need to be,
Nothing else you need to be doing,
But focus on your breath in the here and now.
Taking an intentional deep breath in through your nose.
Fully,
Fully and holding at the top for just a moment before exhaling fully and completely.
Releasing any stagnant energy as you exhale.
And another deep breath.
Inhaling fully,
Fully.
Holding at the top.
B for exhaling.
Fully.
And completely.
Letting go of the day,
The month,
The year,
Releasing expectations.
And trusting that you are here.
You might feel called to call upon your guides or your spirit team of the highest love and light.
Maybe your ancestors.
Maybe ascended masters are here with you.
Or you might just simply connect to your higher self.
But I also welcome the energy of our goddess moon.
This celestial being that circles the earth.
And influences the tides and all water on earth.
Allowing her to refresh us,
To help us heal and align deeper with our own balance,
Harmony and peace.
Bring your mind's eye to the bottom of your feet.
Whether they're crossed in your lap,
On the ground,
Or laid out in front of you.
Energetically.
Feel the earth connecting her energy to your feet.
Imagining sensing trusting or knowing that crystalline core earth center.
In the middle of the earth.
And feeling roots growing down and out through the bottoms of your feet,
Connecting with the core of the earth.
And feeling Mother Earth's energy moving up these roots.
Passing your feet.
Up your legs and meeting your root chakra,
Which is the bottom of your spine.
Around your tailbone.
And begin to imagine,
Sense,
Know,
Or trust there is a spinning ball of light,
A bright light that will do no harm.
Feel this light stemming from the earth,
Spinning.
Whatever feels right to you,
Whether it's clockwise or counterclockwise,
Just feel this circulating light.
Around your root.
Taking a few deep breaths here,
Feeling into this light grounding you into the center.
Feeling the light moving up through your body.
And feeling another ball swirling in your sacral.
This energy center is around your pelvis,
Below your belly button.
Feeling that light circulating around the root and feeling another light circulating in the same direction around your sacral energy center.
Feeling this light glittering with love and swirling,
Expanding and opening.
Feeling more secure in your body.
Allowing you to welcome pleasure into your life,
Creativity.
Sensuality.
Freedom of expression.
Take a few deep breaths with this light circulating around you.
Feeling another light from your solar plexus.
This is around your navel.
Feeling this light opening,
Expanding,
And swirling in the same direction as the other two lights.
Feeling into your confidence center.
Allow this light to expand open.
Filling you with more joy.
Courage.
Excitement.
And take a few deep breaths here.
The colors of the lights in each energy center might shift,
And they might flow.
You might notice each has its own color,
Or they might all be the same.
Allow it to be whatever it is releasing how it should or shouldn't feel what you should or shouldn't experience because you are going and you are experiencing exactly what you need to right here right now in this present moment.
Once you feel complete.
Moving up into your heart chakra.
Feeling another light expanding around your heart,
Swirling in its glittering love.
Opening your heart to more joy and satisfaction,
Balance and harmony and peace in this life.
Feeling it swirling and coming through,
Connecting from the energy of the earth,
Moving up through the bottom of your feet all the way up into your heart and swirling that energy around.
Taking a few deep breaths here.
Having a moment of gratitude for taking time to connect with this beautiful earth light.
And when you feel ready.
Begin to sense,
Feel,
Or imagine a bright,
Crystalline,
Cosmic light pouring from above your head.
Circulating and swirling down until it meets the very top of your crown.
The top of your head.
As if it was a crown on your head,
Feel this cosmic light from above swirling and greeting your crown chakra.
Meeting you and expanding your connection with Source,
With the Universe,
With Spirit,
With the Angels.
With cosmic beings.
Feeling this light pouring from above your head,
Surrounding your crown.
Making sure that you are breathing deeply.
And feeling into your third eye,
Right in between your eyebrows,
But on your forehead.
Feeling another light.
Swirling down through the cosmos from the heavens above Swirling and surrounding your third eye,
Unlocking your inner wisdom.
Harnessing more balance and trust and faith within your spiritual gifts and abilities.
Feeling this light swirling around your third eye and taking a few deep breaths here.
Feeling the light swirling down through your head,
Expanding around your throat.
Feeling another light in your throat swirling around.
Expanding your truth center,
Aligning you deeper with your sovereign authenticity,
Allowing you to speak your truth fearlessly and courageously,
To live and move in your truth,
To hum,
To sing,
And to make noise,
To show up and take up space,
As your truest being.
Feel the light expanding and swirling around your throat and take a few deep breaths here.
Once you feel complete,
Feel that cosmic light.
From above your head swirling through each energy center all the way until it reaches your heart.
Feeling this cosmic light merging with the earth light.
In your heart center.
Growing brighter.
And more brilliant and beautiful,
Feeling into the harmony as above is below,
As within is without.
And feel it swirling through your entire vessel,
Merging the energy from the earth and the energy from the sky into one column of light surrounding your entire being.
Breathing deeper into this feeling.
Feeling it expand around you.
Begin to send this light out into the room that you are in.
Knowing that it is expanding through your heart center and through each of your energy centers.
Feel it surrounding the space beyond your room.
The building or the home that you are in.
Or if you're outdoor and nature's around.
The section of nature that you're in.
And take a deep breath in.
And as you exhale,
Feel this light expanding beyond your neighborhood.
Feeling the roads and the streets and the nature around you.
The ground,
Meeting the roots of the trees,
Climbing through the mountains,
Soaring with the clouds,
And expanding through any bodies of water,
Rivers,
Oceans,
Lakes,
Ponds.
Scenes.
Feeling this light expanding through your town.
And the land that you are on,
The territory,
The state,
The province,
Feeling this light expanding around your country.
And the continent you are on.
Breathing deep into this light.
Knowing that this light is transmuting any low vibrations,
Negative energies or densities that are stuck or blocking the collective consciousness from living in deeper peace and harmony.
This light is bringing more abundant health,
Peace,
Joy,
Balance,
And harmony.
Justice.
Courage,
Compassion,
And grace.
And feel this light expanding beyond the continent that you are on.
Merging around the entire earth holding us all in this light feeling the power of this light surrounding our globe from the center of the core out through the atmosphere meeting the stars until it expands and meets our moon Taking deep breaths here.
And feeling that light expand beyond the stars through our solar system.
Moving through the Milky Way galaxy.
And if you feel called,
You can even send it beyond that through the universe itself.
Taking a few deep breaths here.
When you feel complete.
Thank the light for what it has done.
And give yourself gratitude for taking time to be a channel of this light.
Bringing more peace and harmony through your own being into the earth,
Across all humanity and all beings on this planet and in the universe.
Bring your focus,
Your attention,
And your awareness back to your heart center.
Taking a few deep breaths,
Feeling into your heart beating.
Feeling your heartbeat.
And taking a deep breath.
Coming back into your body,
Back into the space that you are in.
It might feel good to put your hands together above your heart or on your heart or maybe over your third eye and take a few deep breaths here.
Taking your time,
Not rushing.
Coming back on your own time into the space.
It feels really good to be in that peace and harmonious light.
So if you feel like you need to stay there,
Please stay there as long as you need.
It might feel good to rub your hands and place them over your eyes before gently blinking your eyes open with a smile.
Noticing.
The colors around you,
What you can see.
What you can smell or taste or hear.
What you can feel.
Taking as long as you need coming back into the space.
