Good morning beautiful and gorgeous being.

So nice to start our day with no rush.

With gentleness,

Giving you space to embody more of that core essence of your energy,

Essence of you.

Feel yourself first.

Feel that sense of self and take a moment to anchor into that before you go into that big wild world and let all experiences to fill you,

To define you,

To shape you.

Feel yourself,

Essence of you before you go and let the world tell you what it has to offer.

And feel your body.

Notice how much are you in the body right now.

Let's feel how the gentleness of the pillow holds you and the bed and just very gently sense all of your body.

The parts of the body feel so good,

So receiving,

So held,

So open and relaxed.

To be supported by the bed and the pillow and blanket.

Just notice the sensations.

Just notice how your body and some parts of it response and which parts of the body are a bit slower to wake up,

Need a bit more time and gentleness.

There's no rush.

You don't have to start the day grabbing your phone or rushing or stressing or allowing that precious sacred space to fill in with to-do list and a stream of life.

You can choose to start filling it with the energy you want.

Just let it go.

Everything what is not serving you today.

Maybe a bad dream.

Maybe a stress from yesterday.

Maybe mind rushing what you have to do today.

And just give yourself a pause and a sacred moment with yourself.

Take a deep breath.

This fresh,

Cozy morning energy.

And you can decide and dream and set intention what you want to experience today.

How do you want this day to be?

Give the anchor how you want to feel and what you want to experience today.

What kind of day you would fancy it to be?

Let's set the intention.

Because you're free,

You have the power to choose and we live in the realm of possibilities.

So let's start with the feeling.

What core feeling you would like to focus on today?

To immerse into,

To practice,

To welcome.

Is it freedom?

Is it joy?

Is it delight?

Is it ease?

Is it pleasure?

Is it clarity or determination?

Devotion,

Commitment,

Playfulness.

What feeling you would enjoy to tap into today?

What kind of feeling do you want to have more?

What would you like to embody?

What would be nice today?

What would you like to experience today?

What would you like to do?

What would you like to achieve?

What are one,

Two or three things,

Experiences you want to have today?

That at the end of the day,

If it happened,

If you did it,

You can say that was a beautiful,

Successful day.

And just allow from this very relaxed and gentle place to show up.

It doesn't have to be logical.

It doesn't have to be a goal.

It's just wouldn't it be nice if that would show up today?

Wouldn't it be nice if you embody that today?

And if your heart would be in charge right now,

How would it lead you?

How your heart would start the day?

What are your heart desires today?

What do you need?

What are you craving for?

If you're honest and open with yourself,

How do you want to start your day?

What would be the most loving and gentle way to do that?

What would be the most loving way to wake your body up?

How does it want to roll in the day?

Does it want to lay down a bit?

Maybe it wants to move.

Maybe it wants hot tea.

Maybe it wants to have an amazing warm or cold shower.

If you let your soft animal body to do what it loves,

To let love what it loves,

What would it do?

How would it move?

If you let your body to guide you,

If you give it freedom.

Take another deep breath into all of your body,

Every cell of it.

Just nurturing your body,

Because this body is a vehicle,

Your temple,

Your sacred space,

Which allows you to have all those experiences,

To embody all those feelings you want to have.

So treat it like a temple.

What would be the most loving way to wake that gentle temple up?

And just invite the frequency of gratitude or appreciation.

Appreciation of your bed,

That it held you through the night.

Appreciation that you can listen this meditation and don't have to start and rush,

That you're giving yourself this loving space to nurture and nourish yourself,

The frequency and shower of energy the way you want.

Appreciation that you can start fresh today,

And you can paint your day as a canvas,

The way you want.

The freedom and choice you have,

That you don't run out of desires and longings,

What you want to create and experience.

That you are more loving to yourself today,

Than you were before.

That you arrived further than you were before,

With everything you create in your life.

Even if it's not yet what you want to see or witness or experience,

It's all like building your beautiful garden and taking care of it.

So start the day with this beautiful flow.

Let your body to lead,

Honor it.

Let it flow.

Have a beautiful,

Beautiful day.
