Inspirational and connecting with your heart track inviting you to imagine and feel a more gentle world. Have you ever wondered and contemplated how our society, relationships, families, love, culture, businesses, and priorities would look if we allowed the tender parts of ourselves to set the pace of life? What would be okay? What would become important? How would our creating, relating, and sense of meaning change if we stopped bulldozing our nervous systems and truly listened to our most sensitive, pure, vulnerable, and gentle parts? Have you ever wondered how our world, nature, and humanity would look if we tended to them with care?

I just wonder how would we live if we move in a pace of our most tender parts of ourselves?

How it will look like if we all allow our own pace of growth?

If we go as slow as our slowest parts of ourselves are ready to go?

Have you ever contemplated what would be moving through the life with grace and powerfully soft instead of fear?

How does that look like?

How does that feel like?

What does it mean?

Have you ever wondered about this?

If we truly listen and if we allow those tender gentle parts of ourselves to give the life pace that it needs?

If we really attune to the voice and the needs it actually asks for?

If we don't brush off those gentle whispers and sensations in our body?

If we really learn to stop neglecting ourselves and learn to stay?

To really stay connected to ourselves at all times?

Have you ever wondered how our life would be if we were not afraid to feel?

To feel deeply.

The good,

The bad and the ugly.

All of it.

If we would really fully allow ourselves to be sensitive as we are?

If we really would allow to soften?

What would be okay then?

And what would be not okay?

What would be important?

How our priorities look like?

How would we create?

How would we love and relate?

How our doing would look like then?

What would be meaningful to us?

Have you ever wondered how our society would look like?

How our families would look like?

How our cultures would be like?

If we all would allow ourselves a little bit more place of soft power?

How would we build our businesses if we care and honor our nervous system?

If we don't bulldozer it on the way?

Who would we be?

How would we live in daily life if we really allow purity,

Our gentleness of our heart and wouldn't dismiss the care it truly has and actually the love it holds for us?

How would we spend time together?

Would we play more?

Would we be slower?

Would we be more present?

Would we enjoy beauty more?

Would intimacy feel different?

Would we just be more?

How would we create everything?

How would we relate to life then?

How different our focus to what is meaningful to us would look like?

Have you ever wondered how our world,

Our society,

Our nature and our humanity would look like if we all would attend our most gentle parts with care,

Our softness,

Our vulnerability with respect?

Just a little bit more.

But seriously,

Have you ever wondered how we would live if we move in a pace of our most tender parts of ourselves?

Because I do.
